  I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after our recent experience. We had AC contractors do some repair work on our AC unit and they happened to completely ruin the finish of our hardwood floors in many spots. There was some type of cleaner or oil dripped on the floor that completely ate through the finish and was deep into the hardwood floor. We first called multiple professional cleaners and hardwood contractors to see if they could remove the spills from the hardwood floor and perform a reasonable repair. After several visits, we were eventually told we need to have the floors replaced. This is in a home that was just built 7 years ago. We were quite anxious but reached out to Blue Juniper Construction and were quickly given appointment options to have the floors looked at. Within the first visit we were advised that they could repair the floors by performing sanding, staining, and applying polyurethane finish. At first, I was quite nervous on what the results would be since we were told replacing the floors where our only option from other companies. In just a few hours, not only were the floors repaired, but it is very difficult to even spot some of the repair spots. Most of the spots are completely invisible to us even though we stared at them for over a month! We are extremely pleased with our entire experience with Blue Juniper Construction from start to finish, including an excellent price point for the repairs. We will be working with them for any other repairs and projects around our house and recommend them to all our friends!

  I loved working with Blue Juniper! Loren is the most detail oriented person I have ever met. She leaves no stone unturned, which is a blessing when you're doing a bathroom remodel. She's an excellent communicator and helps you with every selection, and then Richard makes it a reality. His work speaks for itself! These two are real professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finally do their remodel or build!
