Family of 5 with three daughters, so our water gets a serious workout 😂. We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta come out to look at our home and help us understand where we could make things more efficient.
They gave us some really useful advice, especially around improving our water quality and a few things we’d never even thought about. Friendly, knowledgeable and zero pressure.
Really glad we found these guys. We’ll definitely be using them when we’re ready to make some upgrades!

We had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! We had a bit of an emergency (I'll spare details, was gross) and needed someone out quick to resolve. They came same day and were able to determine pipework hadn't been connected properly during recent work we had done. I'm really glad we found them! Local team, quick to respond, and took great care in our home. Would definitely recommend them!

We recently renovated our home in Old Fourth Ward and unfortunately our contractor left us in the lurch before everything was finished. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta to help finish up the plumbing and honestly wish we’d found them from the start.
Knowledgeable, honest, no pressure and they really supported us through getting everything sorted. Such a relief after what we’d been through.
Lifetime customers now. Go with these guys, you won’t regret it.

We had Benjamin Franklin in town Atlanta come out to our home in Morningside, because we were concerned about our hard water. Our faucets and fixtures were starting to show signs of age. They tested our water, explained everything fully and recommended a whole house, filtration system, and softening system. They gave us a couple of options and we went with the Whole home and softening system. There was no pressure, just honest explanation of my options. Their technician Craig was the best.
We’re renovating our master bathroom, and while things were opened up, we thought it was the perfect time to inspect our pipes and drains to make sure we weren’t in for any extra surprises in our 1950s home.
Getting an appointment was easy and our plumber arrived right on time. Nice guy and he gave us a thorough inspection and rundown of what parts of our system were looking good and which ones to keep an eye on. Without a hard sales pitch, he advised us on what we should consider replacing soon. And thankfully, after scoping our drain lines, we got the all clear and we can finish off our bathroom reno with no worries.
We’ve found our go-to plumber for this old house. Highly recommend.
