  I have been dealing with Sam and he is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and is very easy to work with. He came to the house twice exactly when he said he would. Today, we had carpet taken out of the bedroom and replaced with new one. The new people that came were very professional, friendly and continued to work the entire time they were here. Moving all the furniture out of the room I thought would be a problem, but they were so efficient and had it done in no time. If you need any flooring, please call and ask for Sam. You will be glad you did. I would give more than five starts if I could.

  After getting 2 quotes from other hardwood installers and not feeling comfortable with either (one too high and one with lots of red flags), I found Atlanta Floor Store. Their knowledge and professionalism were apparent from my first meeting with them and their quote was right in the middle of the other two. They demo'd my existing floors (carpet and ceramic tile), replaced the existing subflooring with new plywood subflooring, and installed, stained and finished the hardwoods in my living room, dining room, den, foyer and front hall as well as in the upstairs hallway, all while we were living in the house. It was a challenging job, with substantial differences in floor elevations between rooms, but they expertly leveled them and made the transitions between new floors and old floors smooth so that there was no need for raised transitions at doorways that would create tripping hazards. Josh very patiently answered all my questions about hardwood species, finish options, acclimating the wood before installation, the demo and installation process, and more and clearly explained how they would address all of the issues. He and his team were great at scheduling and communicating, showed up when they said they would, and finished ahead of schedule with no suprises when it came to paying for the work. Josh stayed involved throughout the project to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. He and his team were true professionals and made customer satisfaction their top priority. I am so pleased with my new floors. I highly recommend Atlanta Floor Store!

  Just love these guys. Had a great experience with them a few years ago installing some new floors, turned out that there was a manufacturing issue with some of the flooring (not AFS’ fault at all) - Josh bent over backwards getting things worked out, he even had to go through a bunch of BS even sourcing the original material - but the floors look great again - will always go to AFS in the future🤘-CR

  We used Atlanta Floor Store because Josh and his team came highly recommended to us. Working with this group was so easy and delightful. They helped us find the right carpet and then came to our house for a pre-installation visit. Their price was reasonable and their installers were fast and professional. We are very happy with our end product and highly recommend Atlanta Floor Store to anyone with flooring or carpet needs.
