  I first learned about All American by taking the back road one day and I noticed their company. I was in the process of identifying a company because Arrow Exterminators tried to sell me a bandaid solution of $3,000 to fix my pest solution. Well, I don't believe in getting patchwork done and I needed the issue to get solved. I contacted All American and I immediately received prompt service from Robert. He was very personable, came over and checked things out, and had superior communication from start to finish. My job ended up being bigger than expected and instead of them charging me more, they just went ahead and went above and beyond. And when I say "they," I also mean the men who worked very hard and put in the labor to provide stellar service. Those men WORKED and did a PHENOMENAL job with their observations and recommendations and I don't take it for granted for a second. GREAT service is hard to find. They had to work more days than anticipated and I thought to myself, they've probably made no money on my job but I am thrilled to leave their yard in my sign in hopes they receive more work. They are family owned and operated and it makes a difference. I am just so happy and pleased. I haven't seen a roach at ALL do you hear me? My crawl space is in excellent shape and it is refreshing to just have a service done right the first time. THANK YOU to Robert and the AMAZING team who worked on my project! Because it was a project!

  We hired All American Waterproofing Company after dealing with ongoing years of waterflooding in our crawlspace. From the very first conversation with Robert who makes you feel seen and heard and cared for throughout the entire process, we felt informed and truly cared for amongst everyone. They didn’t rush the assessment or give a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, they took the time to walk us through what was happening, why it was happening, and what truly needed to be done. The crew showed up daily, worked with focus and care, and paid close attention to the small details that really stood out to me as, "we are taking care of you and doing this right." They protected the space, cleaned thoroughly, and treated our home with respect throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and experience were evident, not just in the work itself, but in the confidence and clarity they brought to every step. What stood out most was their diligence and professionalism. This wasn’t just a job to get through, it was work they clearly take pride in. We now have real peace of mind knowing the work was done correctly and thoughtfully. I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend All American Waterproofing Company to anyone who wants honest guidance, professionalism, experts, excellent workmanship, and a team that genuinely cares.   Called robert today about some humidity issues & have gave me the best recommendations this morning to get humidity levels lower. Since my dehumidifier was constantly defrosting due to low temps. Now my humdity levels have already dropped in my basement

  After experiencing an issue with water coming into my home I contacted All American Water proofing Co. Not only were they very welcoming and friendly over the phone,but Mr.Robert came out the very next day as promised. I found Mr.Robert to be very knowledgeable,trustworthy,and upfront.Not only will I use this service again for any future issues but I would recommend this company to anyone needing this type service.
