  We are having a back patio redone and expanded. The refrigerant line to the AC compressor was buried in a conduit where the patio expansion is going. A technician, Sean Arington, with Stanfield spent a long day in the mud and rain rerouting the line. We are back in the cool. Can't say enough good things about Stanfield (who we've used for years at our former house and now our condo), and especially Sean.

  This 5 stars is for Cliff! After several different companies and techs trying to figure out what was wrong with my office not heating and cooling properly, Cliff figured it out! He listened and actually took the time to investigate the problem. Not only did he take the time to figure out what the issue was but he was so nice while doing it. He answered all my questions and explained what the issue was and immediately started thinking of ways to solve a complicated issue so I could start getting some air flow in my office. Thank you Cliff!

  During a very hot week, our old heat pump failed beyond repair. The service provided by Stanfield was outstanding in every way. The consultant Phillip was very knowledgeable. Without any pressure at all, he helped us arrive at a decision that was best for us. The very next day, two hard-working technicians came early and worked to install our new system. Landon and Sam were obviously excellent at the mechanics of their job, but were also good educators and patient as we asked a lot of questions! We felt well taken care of through the entire process. We highly recommend Stanfield Air Systems!

  It would be challenging for me to say enough good things about this company. Once upon a time, I had two new (apparently mediocre) systems installed (poorly) by a different company. After years of back-and-forth with that other company, I gave up on them and turned to Stanfield. Stanfield has somehow kept these pretty terrible units alive for years, that’s actually not why I’m writing the review. If you’re looking for a fabulous AC company, you found one, and that’s probably all you would need to know to go ahead and use them. They have worked miracles on systems that should not still be functioning. When it is time to replace, I will replace from Stanfield. The thing that should ultimately convince you to be with Stanfield, though, is that I have never seen a company go so far above and beyond for its customers. We had the world‘s most bizarre issue at my house. We had rescued a stray animal, and the stray animal found its way into our ductwork. It was life or death for this animal, we had to find a way to get it out. We called Stanfield, and they helped. Simple as that. They came out, they were good citizens, they helped out a customer in need, and I will be loyal to them forever because of it. They deal with my irritation every summer when something goes wrong on these terrible units with kindness and compassion, even though I am often too irritated (especially after a decade of AC troubles) to be as kind as I should be (and as kind as they deserve) return. They show up, they do a professional job, and that alone is worth the recommendation. But it’s rare that a company goes so far above and beyond, and they do it. Call them out. You won’t regret it.

  My AC stopped working and I had to find someone to fix it. I generally have a tough time finding someone I trust. I have seen Stanfield Air Systems work vehicles around a lot so I decided to try them. (Of course my AC went out on a Friday night) The website allowed me to make an appointment for Monday morning. I was grateful but doubtful that anyone would show up. Well here it is Monday morning and I received a text with a name, picture, and information about the technician that was coming to my home. I love that type of security! The man arrived soon after the text. (They tried to call and I missed it). I just want to recommend Stanfield to anyone that needs heating/air service ‼️ I also recommend Grant the tech that repaired my system‼️ He was very professional and very knowledgeable! I am a very happy customer!
