  I'm rating my technician, not the company. I definitely rate my technician Alex N. a 10+; he was GREAT! He was so professional and kind. My issue was diagnosed within minutes & I immediately began feeling cool air! Techs tend to move on quickly, but Reliable she do all to keep Alex! I'm very unhappy with the rental program I've been a part of since the pandemic , but am very happy with the A-1 service Alex provided!

  Technician arrived 2 hours outside of the scheduled window. I had to call the company to find out when I'd hear from the technician and even then I still never received a phone call, he just showed up. Luckily, my husband had taken the entire day off of work. We had requested to get our pipes flushed using a promotion that was supposed to be $89. The technician charged $350 to unclog 2 sink drains. Would not recommend using this company or their promotions after this experience.

  From our first conversation we knew this was going to be the company we chose to do our work. Water replacement (x2), in line automatic shutoff, and whole house water purification for 7500 sq ft and 7 bathrooms!! They were professional, down to earth, and respected our home, they even tolerated our 3 dogs glaring at them as they came and went. Tim Broome was excellent. The whole team at Reliable was great to work with from scheduling, going over our wants and needs, and right on through to clean up. Very happy with the work and communication was excellent. It is refreshing to get exactly what was agreed to without substitution or upselling.

  Technician left our door to crawl space wide open when he left , which was unnoticed by myself until I came out of the house an hour and a half later. Who knows what might have crawled in there. He also used the garden hose, which I discovered when I came out to the front. Not a big deal, but he left it fully extended to the AC unit. It is one of those hoses that when filled with water pressure expands. So, when he turned it off, the nozzle became hooked on an old sprinkler head, which in turn put a lot of tension on the hose. He should’ve put it back to where it was originally.

  I had my annual HVAC maintenance done recently by Ruben Diaz from Reliable Heating and Air, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. Ruben was the definition of professional. He arrived on time, was courteous throughout, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he was inspecting and why — which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood the condition of my system without making things overly technical or confusing. What really stood out was how respectful he was of my home. He wore boot covers the entire time and left absolutely no mess behind. It's a small thing, but it says a lot about someone's character and work ethic when they treat your space with that kind of care. Reliable Heating and Air is lucky to have a technician like Ruben on their team. If you're scheduling service, I'd highly recommend requesting him. I'll definitely be asking for him again next year!
