  COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A BBB BECAUSE THE HAVE BEEN SUED AND RENAMED SO MANY TIMES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LL. SOLD ME TERRBILE FLOOR MISREPRESENTED THE PROCESS AND QUALITY. NO DISCOUNT OR OFFER MADE TO FIX OTHER THAN TO CUT WHOLES IN MY FLOOR TO CUT OUT BOARDS THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE INSTALLED. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, AND IM A REPEAT CUSTOMER! READ THE REVIEW ON FB OR SEARCH GOOGLE AND MAKE YOUR OWN CALL ON THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

  I found exactly what I was looking for to replace damaged pre-finished oak flooring. And it was on sale. The staff person, and manager, Evonda, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Evonda made sure every step of my order (which needed to be delivered from another store) was explained and went smoothly. She was able to get my order delivered the following day. Communicated well throughout. Couldn’t have been a better purchase. I appreciate the professional expertise, and customer assistance. Five stars.

  Evonda was awesome! She helped us pick out an our hardwood floors for our new home and we saved over $7000! We were so excited! She was very personal, funny and helpf. Thank you Evonda for helping us save!

  The sign on the door said to call that they were unloading a truck. When we did call it, automatically went to voicemail with no text option. Stood there and called a couple more times no answer, no.Response, nothing in the middle of a saturday. No, wonder why they're going out of business
