- DSdavid selfSep 25, 20264.0I wish I could give Phillip the technician 5 stars he was great. He had a great attitude was knowledgeable and efficient. I nearly canceled the appointment because the appointment window was from 12:00- 4:00 and at 4 I had still not heard from the company. Phillip called me around 4:15 to let me know he was on the way. As frustrated as I was when he arrived his positive attitude changed my attitude and he was able to help me with my issues. I understand that scheduling service can be difficult but I believe the company can find ways to make that portion more convenient and straight forward. Ultimately Phillip is the reason I am continuing allowing them to service my garage door moving forward. He was great and the prices were fair even a little less expensive than I expected.

- PHPark HarrisAug 15, 20265.0We had an emergency garage door situation at our home and I reached out that evening. Promptly received a call first thing in the morning to schedule service same day. Job was completed and repairs made. Highly recommend and will call back for all garage door needs.
- JJjsavage01Aug 10, 20265.0Spring on my overhead door broke. I am a GC and I've used VMT in the past as my preferred vendor. The process was super easy. Phillip - my technician had me fixed up in about 30 min. He was was incredibly responsive, on time, clean, knowledgeable, considerate, professional, etc.. can't say enough positive things about my experience with besser/vmt.
