  I had a great experience with A.V. from One Hour Heating & Air! He was a complete gentleman—kind, professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and kept everything neat and clean. I really appreciated his honesty in reassuring me that my unit was doing just fine and that I didn’t need any major repairs. He recommended a maintenance plan, which I ended up getting. It’s refreshing to have someone you feel you can truly trust. Highly recommend A.V.!

  Russell came out twice in as many days to help me out, and he not only got me sorted out to keep me from cookin in the GA heat but also talked me through various options regarding an upcoming system replacement. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me, just gave me solid information and assistance. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

  Eric was impressive. He quickly found our problem that had been overlooked by two other AC companies. Now, AC works perfectly. His service impressed me so much that I signed up the yearly maintenance program. One Hour prices are very reasonable and are less than the other two AC companies I had used in the past. Thank you for the amazing quick service.

  Excellent, friendly service! My AC quit on a really hot summer evening, and I first spoke with their AI agent, who said the next slot was the next morning. With a 10-day-old baby at home, I couldn’t wait, so I started calling around. By the time I reached my 10th or 11th company, Ember called me back around 6pm and arranged for Eric, who was just 15 minutes away, to come over. Eric was super friendly and kept me in the loop. He quickly figured out the issue and had us back up and running in no time. I’d give them a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much, Ember and Eric!

  They literally saved me from the Georgia heat. My ac got busted on a Saturday night. After missed attempts to contact couple of other companies, i got an appointment from one hour on the next day, which was a Sunday. The technician, AV was before time. He looked into the whole system, identified the issue, which was a faulty motor. He promised to get it fixed the next day with the replacement. He was again before time, and fixed my AC. Can’t thank these people enough. AV rocks!!
