  Excellent company and product. Staff is efficient in working with you, Hunter is fantastic person and our salesperson who we had dealt with in prior years as this was. Phase two of our window replacement. Marvin fiberglass product equal to RBD product of same materials. Their Install team was excellent and David Kelly as Project Manager was awesome to work with. Nit contracted worked wit their trained employees! Highly recommend this company!

  We absolutely love our new windows for our Sandy Springs home (built in 1976). Emma Reyes was our advisor/sales agent. She provided exceptional advice and keen insight on windows for our home. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. She is a great salesperson - not at all pushy. She lets the products sell themselves as she helps the homeowner develop a true comfort level on what they are buying and how NG Window’s products and customer service differs from competition. I have referred Emma to many neighbors. I highly recommend NG Replacement Windows and Emma Reyes!! (We did our entire home - split the project into 2 installs 12 months apart).

  When we moved into our home, a sudden rainstorm revealed we had a leaky window. We had so many projects planned, but we pivoted to windows. What drew me to NG Windows was a simple question on their site: ‘How can we pray for you?’ As a retired corporate leader who values people first, that was different. Kevin at NG Windows didn’t push a sale—he offered genuine advice, even recommending other companies. After sitting through pushy sales pitches from six other companies, NG Windows stood out by putting people over profit. Now, thanks to them, we have beautiful new feature windows and a company I’d trust again and again. Five stars for their servant heart and integrity!

  I could not be happier with the exceptional service I received from NG Windows. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Denver Clark was the salesman who first came out and explained everything in great detail. He was very informative and made sure I had all the information I needed about what the company had to offer. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out. When it came time for installation, Alex Coley was the project manager, and he brought out Gabriel and his team to do the work. This crew was absolutely amazing — efficient, professional, and incredibly skilled. They did a fantastic job, and my house honestly looks like a totally new house. I cannot say enough good things about everyone involved. The service was incredible, and I trust this team 100%. I will definitely be calling them back to finish the remaining windows because I know I’m in excellent hands. Huge kudos to Denver, Alex, Gabriel, and the entire team for doing such an outstanding job!

  Replaced an old patio French door with a Marvin 4-panel sliding door set. The look and quality are great. And installation by NG Windows was excellent. Excellent communication throughout and the attention to details during installation was impressive. Shout out to Skylar Reyes (sales) and Alex Coley (installation) who made the entire process easy and pleasant. I highly recommend NG Windows. I’ll be using them again for the next project!
