Even though he did an in-person inspection, he somehow missed the giant hole under that gutter that a raccoon made. We went with a different company that noticed and addressed that from a single picture and didn't try to sell us anything. Management did try to rectify the unsatisfactory experience after I posted this review, so hopefully others will have a better experience with them from the outset.
