  No one likes buying a new roof. They're expensive, take forever to schedule and install. It's just a pain. With Capital City Roofing, however, this was not the case. From the first moment of contact, everyone was fantastic. We scheduled our Sales Representative, Charlie Mandt, to come over and give us a quote. As soon as Charlie pulled up, he let us know he was there to help. Charlie answered any questions we had, with patience, and made sure we felt comfortable with the whole process. He took pictures of our roof using a drone; this helped him highlight all of the issues we were facing. To be extra thorough, he even went into the attic to see if we would need to have any of the decking replaced. Come to find out, he spotted a leak that we didn't even know we had! After some discussions on types of roofing and materials, we knew that this would be our company. After walking us through the payment process, we happily signed for our new roof. The very next day, I got a call from Charlie and he let me know that the installation would be in just a few days, on our preferred day, which was Saturday. Charlie let me know the process of how they would drop off materials the day before and that I should make sure my cars were out of the garage and driveway so that we wouldn't be blocked in. When they dropped off the materials, they were very respectful of the neighborhood weremy property. They very carefully placed it in my driveway and left without any issues. Saturday rolled around, and work started promptly at 6:30 a.m. In less than an hour and a half, the old shingles were removed. The team worked with such experience and efficiency that it seemed almost like magic. Every time I went out to take a peek, another entire section was done. The project manager stuck around the entire time to make sure everything went to plan. The crew was very careful not to damage my yard or my property. After they were done, they removed any debris, nails, or trash leftover, and the only thing that remained was my home with a fresh new roof. As much as no one likes getting a new roof, making the process as painless as possible was the best thing I could ask for -- and this team delivers! Thank you Capital City Roofing so much for the hard work, and I appreciate everything you've done!

  We had such a great experience with Capitol City Roofing! Karlton was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, always kept us in the loop, and was quick to answer any questions we had. The roofing crew was also fantastic. They were professional, kind, and worked very efficiently. They did a beautiful job on our roof, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

  Capital City Roofing repeatedly spammed my phone for weeks with automated texts addressed to a person I have never heard of. Every message claimed that I had requested a free roof inspection, even though I don't live in Georgia and have never contacted this business. The messages were signed by "Ivy," who appears to be an automated AI assistant. From what I've seen, the company's owner publicly talks about using AI for customer communication. The result was that their system spent weeks harassing the wrong person without anyone noticing or correcting the mistake. I shouldn't have to unsubscribe from marketing messages for services I never requested in a state where I don't even live. This is what happens when companies combine AI automation with bad lead data and inadequate oversight. If this is how they manage customer outreach, they need much better quality control before turning AI loose on people's phones.

  I want to thank Karlton Davis for his 5-Star service. He was very professional, he wrote a competitive estimate, which was slightly lower than the others. He kept in touch by text, (which I prefer). He was very understanding about respecting my tenant's privacy. Capital City Roofing did a great job installing the roof. I couldn't recommend Karlton and Capital City Roofing more. I'm very satisfied with my experience. Thank you very much, Robert Sharon
