  Installed Moen flo. They were in the list of recommended installers on the Moen website. Quick install and and made sure app was connected and setup properly.

  Would highly recommend the company for a thorough and a detailed service. Ryan came and discussed all the options available, was respectful for my choice selection and then suggested more options when things didn’t work. He was honest, and communicated well and didn’t charge anything more than what was needed - really appreciated the integrity and looking out for the customer.

  Ryan did a GREAT job for me! He spent a lot of time explaining what needed to be done. Then he came back when he said he would to do the job. I recommend him highly. He is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him in my home. As I have future plumbing needs, Ryan is the guy that I want to help me!

  I’ve used Benjamin Franklin plumbing several times now and have had great experiences each time. They are professional and don’t try to sell you anything. Ryan figured out my issue in 15 minutes, offered a great solution and was on his way. They are great to work with.

  Kind, professional, and fast. The technician, Gene Virano. explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable having him in my home. Before he arrived, the company even texted me a photo of Gene so I knew exactly who to expect. It’s thoughtful touches like that, along with their excellent communication and customer service, that really set this company apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
