  Our plumber, John S, was exceptional. He was prompt, professional, and very competent. He resolved our issue with a plumbing leak and also checked for proper water pressure and advised on future safeguards. I would highly recommend this business.

  I had an excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Alpharetta. From the very first phone call, their customer service was outstanding. While I was actually on the phone explaining the plumbing issue, I realized the problem was much bigger than I originally thought. As I was walking across my hardwood floors, I discovered there was water underneath them. Their team didn’t miss a beat. They understood the urgency, responded quickly, came out and took care of the initial plumbing problem, and then immediately helped guide me through what needed to happen next. They provided me with the information and resources I needed and helped coordinate getting someone out to address the water damage and pull up the affected flooring. During what could have been a very stressful situation, they made the entire process much easier to navigate. Every interaction I had with their team was prompt, professional, and helpful. Austin, the owner, is extremely responsive, and it’s very clear that customer service is a top priority for him. That same level of professionalism carries through to his service technicians — they are knowledgeable, well-trained, courteous, and dependable. It’s rare to find a company that not only does great work but also genuinely takes care of its customers when something unexpected happens. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Alpharetta and would absolutely call them again.
