I called and requested a service call and was advised that someone would be out the same day. Within a few minutes I received a text that a tech would be here within a few hours. My tech (Sean) arrived within a short time, he got straight to work to figure out the issue. He showed me the issue, gave me his advice and went straight to work. He was done within roughly 15 minutes. He showed me what he replaced and we tested the garage door. Everyone that I’ve come in contact with have been professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

He even gave ideas that would help us save money. We selected to purchase new doors. Customer Service really matters and this company nailed it. Every single interactions with each person was pleasant. Next my service person Damian was amazing. I couldn’t believe how quickly he finished. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. We had questions next day they immediately sent someone out who was Sean and he was also amazing. On top of excellent service the price was very good. Beat out many quotes we received. Now I love our new doos and so does the neighbors 😍. Highly recommend this company!
