Leo, Diego, and Mike were awesome. They were very thorough and explained everything in detail from beginning to end. They also walked me through the process during the installation to allow me to understand what the changes will be and we confirmed what the changes were once completed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Atlanta Basement Systems, especially the crew of Lavill, Oscar, and Chase. I’ve been dealing with a pretty unusual problem since buying my house about 10 years ago — an old trash pit underneath part of my deck and concrete patio that has caused ongoing settling and support issues. After years of trying to figure out the right long-term solution, Atlanta Basement Systems installed seven helical piers to stabilize the area and give me a solid foundation to continue rebuilding and supporting the deck. Lavill, Oscar, and Chase did an outstanding job. The entire installation took only two days, and really just a few hours each day. They were extremely efficient without ever making the job feel rushed. They were kind, professional, very communicative, and incredibly respectful of both my property and my neighbors’ property. With the amount of excavation and equipment involved, I was impressed by how carefully they handled everything. What I appreciated most was that they understood the bigger picture. This wasn’t simply about installing seven piers — I needed the area stabilized in a way that would allow me to continue my deck project without worrying about everything eventually sinking back into the trash pit underneath. They understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and worked with that goal in mind. I also want to recognize Robbie Howell, who came out initially, took the time to look at the situation, explain my options, answer my questions, and put together a great quote. That initial experience gave me a lot of confidence moving forward with the company, and the installation crew absolutely followed through. After dealing with this problem for a decade, it is a huge relief to finally feel like I have a real solution in place. I’m very glad I found Atlanta Basement Systems and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with foundation, settling, or stabilization issues. Thank you to Lavill, Oscar, Chase, and Robbie for a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Driveway and sidewalks. Hired ABS to re-level my driveway and sidewalks. They repaired all the cracks. Caleb and Coley went above and beyond doing the work for us. They did the job right. Great communication and knowledge. Well done. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Atlanta Basement Systems. They encapsulated my crawl space, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I met Josh through work, and he gave me some background on the company and its history, which was very informative. That conversation immediately put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that I would be receiving quality service from an experienced team. Trey was my sales representative, and he made the entire process seamless. He provided great detail about how the work would be performed and, most importantly, there was no hard sales pitch. He simply gave me upfront information and helped me understand the best way to address my crawl space issues. Then there was Sai, my installer. I can’t say enough about him. He was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and clearly takes pride in his work. I asked him a lot of questions about everything being done, and he took the time to break everything down into simple terms. That gave me even more confidence in the quality of the work I was receiving. This company is top notch from upper management to sales to the installation crew. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. If you’re looking for quality work and peace of mind, I highly recommend Atlanta Basement Systems.
