- SVSarah VandreySep 4, 20261.023 - that’s how many fingerprints are inside this one single window. I have 5 more windows that have a total of 26 fingerprints inside. Is 24 fingerprints inside one window the threshold? What about scratches lining two edges of one window? Not worthy of replacement. Too bad the customer service is so lousy. I have another 1000 SF to remodel, including 3 double sliding doors. I highly recommend choosing another window company.
