  Highly recommend One Supreme ! great customer service , they were extremely professional and personable . They went above and beyond my expectations , plus some . Even came back to fix a sprinkler head . Beautiful work , can’t wait to hire them again

  Jarrod was very unprofessional, immature, and lacks customer service skills. He initially quoted the job over the phone and then when he got there, he increased the price because he didn’t realize how overgrown the lawn is. Understandable, however it put a bad taste in my mouth because you should stick to your price and should’ve considered this by asking questions prior to arriving. I thought his work was good at first, but when I got there, there was still some dirt on the sidewalk… not too much, but still some that tells me that it was a rushed job or maybe they just missed it. His pricing for his package was too expensive in my opinion and I didn’t realize that it didn’t include weed whacking. Because of this, I decided to cancel. The reason why I decided to take the extra effort to write a review is Jarrod was extremely unprofessional upon canceling. After I gave him honest feedback on why I’m cancelling, he said things like, “your gardens are a complete mess”, “seems like your mad because…”, “ “I don’t respect the way you went about this…”, “[I] actually find it funny how you never said one thing until I was about to service again…”, “unaccountable”, etc. Jarrod needs to improve his professionalism and customer service skills.

  So happy I found Jarod. He is professional, communicates well and is very reliable. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He cuts my lawn biweekly. Everything is always cleaned up in my rock beds. Do not have any lawn cutting debris on them. One Supreme is absolutely Supreme!
