  AC stopped cooling, on a Saturday called Sunday they informed me it would be more for service call so I made appointment for Monday to have them look at Aaron come around 1 o’clock. He asked a few questions about what happened he did a quick check found out it was a bad compass switch it out after I asked how much it would be then he hit me with a price of 455.00 dollars witch I more or less had to pay as the 25 minute job was done,I talked to a friend of my, he had a similar job do for a cost of 165.00 dollars but they cleaned it and serviced it so this wasn’t a good service at all ! I wouldn’t recommend this company because they may over charge you as they did me

  Arron and the team were wonderful from start to finish very professional, listen and didn’t judge. The install and paperwork was easy and smooth he explained everything. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone who has a/c needs!!!!!

  Company is very reliable. Very prompt to respond back. They really care about their customers. Even during weekends and even Sunday you can definitely rely on them. Aaron had been Ute technician for 3 years and is amazing. Very knowledge , friendly. Doesn’t try to upsell. Will recommend this company.

  5 stars all the way. Aaron is the man. He has worked on my mom’s AC, my brother’s, and now mine, and he’s the only person we trust and use for AC work. He’s honest, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and always does a great job. On top of that, his pricing is very fair. Absolutely the best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Custom Air Conditioning & Air Quality to anyone.

  Very helpful, came out same day for estimate, etc. Explained everything, very professional and personable. Wasn't tryong to aggressively push anything or recommend anything that wasn't needed. In fact, quite the opposite, stated that if I was going to replace unit next year, a service would not benefit me at this time, as my system is working fine, even though it is outdated and very old (40 yrs). Appreciated his candor and honesty and will purchase system next year from them, and updating ductwork and adding on for addition, per recommendation and my own want/need.
