  They are very unprofessional you don’t cuss out your Customer. They Are unable to repair their air conditioners I was told somebody would be here between six and seven tonight and no one showed up and there is only email I even got from you guys were saying that I owe you money because you come out here to look at this air conditioner that’s been under warranty and that coil should definitely be under warranty and it is hot in here and my medication’s being ruined and this time I’m taking a complete inventory of all this expensive $2000 medication’s that are getting ruined. Oh yeah that’s what they are $2000 apiece.

  Aaron and his team are some of the most hospitable and accommodating people around. No matter the time of day, they always do their best to take care of you and make sure you’re treated like a valued customer. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help. You never feel like you’re just another customer walking through the door. The customer service is consistently amazing, and you can tell they truly care about the people they serve. I absolutely recommend Aaron and his team to anyone looking for great service and people they can trust. Definitely deserving of five stars!

  I used to be very skeptical of repair companies taking advantage of me as a senior citizen. Three years ago, a representative promised me this was a family- and community-focused business and asked me to allow them to give me a quote. It was the best decision I could have made. For three years now, they have provided my family with excellent, professional, responsive, and supportive service. Their annual maintenance program is also incredibly helpful and cost-effective. Jennifer helped get my annual maintenance scheduled and Jose came and did a thorough assessment of my system. Both of them were kind and professional. I highly recommend them without reservation—they are hands-down the best in Zephyrhills!

  Had a leaking air vent.. Not fun. They responded very quickly when I called them, and communicated their on-route status even when there was a delay. They sent a photo and brief summary of the man who was coming to help us before he arrived- which I enjoyed- and his name was Aaron, a very helpful and efficient worker! I appreciate the service that I received and the way every detail was explained thoroughly before any work was done. Service needs to be continued on another day, and I look forward to having issue solved by their competent staff.

  I have had a few good days of service from several folks at Custom Air Conditioning. It all started with a service call with Aaron, who got me back up and running that same day. Unfortunately, the days of my AC were numbered. Aaron got it working for a few more days, but I needed a new system. With some back and forth, I got a good price on a new more efficient system. It was installed by Ben and Josh a few days later. All work was clean and workmanlike, and done in as short a time as possible. All three were careful to keep things tidy and to keep the installation as low impact on me as possible. Shout out to these three gentleman and to all the folks who made my quick install happen. All three kept me informed and explained all the new things to me.
