- BGBrian GibsonMay 11, 20265.0Shelly’s sent out a truck and 2 employees out to my house with a septic warning light and alarm going off with in 24 hours. They found the tank lids and pumped the tanks. They also found that the pump to the drain field was not working. Monday morning Dale, Jon and Ben replaced the pump wry quickly and covered the area with dirt and sod. Great job thanks .

After placing a preventative maintenance call in the morning a very experienced pump truck operator Will and his partner Steve showed up in less than an hour. The longest part of the job was locating the access hatches, which turned out to be over 2 feet in the ground. They did an excellent job in locating the hatches. After his pump out, I did not want to go through the excessive dig up in the future so had Ben and Dale come out the next day and put risers to make future access much easier. Highly recommend this company.
