- DCDonna CampbellJul 14, 20265.0Willam and Steve came out this morning and pumped out our septic system. I am so thankful for how helpful and knowledgeable they were. They educated me as a first time homeowner with septic which I truly appreciated. They will be back to install risers soon. So grateful we have Shelley’s here in town for our needs. Would highly recommend them!

I called Shelley's septic around 7:30a, they arrived by 9:30a and Jon completed by 10:30. They explained everything they were doing, how our system operates (with the two tanks...I thought we only had one), what to do to maintain it for the future, like adding root killer. I asked about a clean out and they said they would help install a "filter riser clean out lid" which our system did not have for some reason. Hired them to come back out that evening after service calls! Would recommend Shelley's for sure!
