  We had an issue with our new RbA french doors where the door lock worked too hard. We contacted RbA and they sent a technician to check it out. Sergio was very personable and very knowledgeable. He made a few adjustments to the locking mechanism and door alignment that completely corrected our issue. We are very pleased with our RbA doors and windows and their great service after the sale!

  I had new windows installed by Anderson. This is a top notch professional company that has given an excellent and elevated service from the time of ordering to completion. The window products are of the highest quality demonstrated by lowering the heat and noise levels. Communication is easy and quick. I highly recommend Anderson for windows and doors if you want quality products and installation.

  Had a wonderful experience with our installers and the company overall. Are sales rep Josh was very detailed and thorough and letting us know what would work best in our home. The whole installation crew, Yamil, Joshua and Paul were courteous and prompt they cleaned up everything as they went along very professional. James (project mngr) attended to us very well and answered all of our questions. We are very happy and I would highly recommend 😀

  We had several companies come out and quote the replacement of our windows. We were so unsure of who we should chose until we met our sales representative Jovani. Jovani was fantastic. The greatest selling point (aside from reputation and product) was his personal and professional integrity. Jovani was the only salesperson out of the four companies that never spoke ill of his competitors. We hired RBA to upgrade our home’s doors and windows! Our experience with the entire team was top notch! Chance visited to ensure measurements and products were exactly what we wanted. Caprice worked behind the scenes to get all the paperwork and appointments squared away. John M. and his install team were efficient, courteous, and treated us and our home with dignity and respect. Not too mention they did a fantastic job installing the new windows! James came out to do the final walk and finished the experience. Overall I want to say a sincere thank you to the entire team at RBA. We’re your clients for life - thanks for making us feel like family. Looking forward to phase 2 - doors!

  I cannot recommend renewal by Anderson enough. Will you pay top dollar? Yes, you will, but trust me. It is worth every penny. From the very beginning with the sales rep, Dennis Bianco, I learned the difference between poor quality and high-quality windows, And what would be best for my home. I have 100-year-old home and wanted to make sure that I was putting the best product in to maintain the future of this house. I opted to go this route because of my old home I was worried about rot or damage once they took the windows out, Dennis assured me that they would repair all of that and make sure it was good to go and sealed up properly. Once started, they had all of the permitting handled, although this took a while, it was to no fault of their own. They monitored weekly and called me every Friday to give me updates. When it came time for installation, scheduling the set up quickly, and I was given a three day time frame for install. The project manager, Billy Smith, and his team of incredible craftsman, showed up on time and knocked the job out in two days. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 20 years and I was really happy to see the level of craftsmanship and care that was given to my home. Five guys working as a team and working seamlessly from the time they showed up till the time they left every day. Kept everything cleaned and swept up and were very respectful about my home. Billy went above and beyond in helping with some trim work and making sure I was happy. At one point, I noticed somebody walked through the house with dirty shoes, in about five minutes later another guy came behind him and cleaned it all up perfectly. Really impressive work. Very happy with my windows! This is the best quality you could find. To finish it up James came to wrap it all up with a nice bow, made sure I knew how to work the windows and hauled away a frame that it accidentally gotten left behind. Highly recommended five stars, make sure you get your windows here.
