When I called for a quote on the others, the salesperson found an issue with one of the existing windows and let me know it was covered under warranty. Apparently, even though I hadn't ordered yet, he got the word to them that we needed a warranty replacement. They called me a couple times about it, showing they were proactive and would honor their warranties without hassle. We decided on Window World for a few reasons: they allow half up front and half at installation (which ensures good installation), they were quality windows at a lower price than their competitors, and we knew that they would honor their warranties (a huge deal in Florida!). The windows came in two weeks earlier than the 12 estimated weeks, and were installed quickly and professionally. The team got them in and cleaned up exceptionally well for only being two people. They showed us how to work them and the easy access for cleaning. Our daughter loves to look out her new windows. Thank you to the Window World staff -the two salesmen who answered all of our questions and came out multiple times at our request, the receptionists who kept track of relevant details, and our installers (Chris and Christina) for the great work!

They also replaced all the vinyl siding on the front of my house as well, and it all took only 3 days to complete. They were very polite and friendly while being careful and respectful to our things inside the house. My wife has noticed that the light bill has been a little lower since the windows, door, and vinyl have been replaced, so it's not just a beautiful new look.
