  Home repairs are normally QUITE stressful yet having this staff and crew (Aaron, Isai, Angelina and especially Trey) with their knowledge, teamwork and friendly guidance was paramount in a nearly seamless and stressless experience. Especially navigating a project that for an average homeowner isn’t a common occurrence. I will be recommending this company (ESPECIALLY this team specifically) to any/everyone.

  I needed to get an inspection done on my 7 1/2 year old roof because my insurance company drone thought it saw " deterioration" I called R.I.G. Roofing, and the very next morning, I had Francisco inspecting the roof and providing the paperwork, with numerous photos, to prove the drone was totally wrong. Prompt service.

  After the hail storm that hit Highlands County in 2022, I needed to replace my roof. I decided to go with RIG because of all the companies that I received quotes from, they were the most professional and responded to every question that I had. The work was done in a timely, professional manner and I have had several follow-up inspections by them to ensure that the work stays perfect. I would highly recommend RIG Roofing to anyone in need of their services.

  I hired RIG Roofing to replace two goose neck roof vent penetrations located next to each other on my metal perma tile roof. Once they began the repair, I was told that two 30-foot sections of roof panel would need to be replaced and that the materials would be very expensive. This immediately concerned me because I had repairs completed on these same penetrations a few years ago by another roofing contractor without needing any panel replacement, and those repairs held up with no issues. At that point, I provided RIG Roofing with leftover flashing from the original roof installation in hopes that it could help avoid unnecessary panel replacement costs. Unfortunately, the flashing was never used during the repair process, and it was later missing after their crew left the property. With rainy season approaching, I needed the repairs completed quickly. However, when I inspected the finished work myself, I was shocked by what I found. The repair appeared to consist of substandard door/window caulking around the roof vents along with duct tape. It did not look professionally done and gave me serious concerns about potential long-term roof issues. I contacted the company immediately and requested that the repairs be corrected properly. Although they agreed to address the issue, it took approximately a month before another crew returned to complete the repairs. To their credit, the second crew completed the repairs satisfactorily. However, the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. Had I not personally gotten on the roof to inspect the work, I would never have known the original repair was not completed professionally, potentially leading to future problems. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company. As a company that presents itself as being rooted in Christian values, I was honestly surprised and disappointed by the way this situation was handled from start to finish.
