  Great experience with this company for our windows installation. All employees from sales reps to office staff as well as installers were courteous as well as knowledgeable about the product. The job was completed in the timeframe promised. We are highly satisfied with the installation and highly recommend this company.

  I hired RIG to repair my roof and a leak from hurricane damage. 18 months and 10k later the problem still persists. Now they want more money to fix an issue they wont warranty, claiming its a new issue. Even after speaking with the owner to asks why we are replacing metal roof that did not leak during the water test. He claimed because the test was inconclusive, this was the only way they could warranty their work. (Charging me $6000 more than the original estimate I was provided) The leaks have persisted in the same exact spot from the first time they came out to conduct one of several water tests. I can not recommend this company. Im not sure how many of the 5 star review are real. Ive noticed names of employees ive had work on my home posting wonderful reviews for this company.

  We had to get all new windows on our house. We had a fantastic experience with RIG. From the initial consult to installation. Tyler was great with our consult and getting the ball rolling. Russ was great with measuring and scheduling. Nikki was always very responsive with questions and kept us informed each step of the way. The crew that came on install day arrived around 0845 and was completely done around 1330 hours. That was removing old windows and installing them. 10 windows in all. They did an amazing job and the new windows are beautiful. I highly recommend this company!!? They know what they are doing!!

  we were satisfied with the work until.... so we found out the cheap material they used on our back porch roof bleeds color that stains our pool deck. Didnt notice at first because it was painted. when we converted to pavers we realized even years later their roof material is bleeding dye and ruining our new $17k paver job. That part of the roof is a completely different color then the rest of my roof its like they used whatever left cheap left over they had from another job. I didn't really mind until it damaged my home. We paid full price and got low grade junk.

  Not a good experience. Overpriced and workers with bad manners. 8 thousand dollar for a Florida Room roof then it leaked after the job. Had to come out 3 times to fix, still not right. The supervisor comes and take a look, and told me I need to put caulking on my ceiling which never needed caulking. That cause they still didn't install the overlay correctly. I stopped dealing with them cause they get mad as if it was my fault they didn't install correctly. I got screwed and won't refer them to anyone. My review is stay away from this company.
