  Excellent service from start to finish. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and did a high-quality job on our roof. They kept the work area clean and completed the project as promised. Highly recommended!

  We had a big problem in our master bathroom with the roof leaking. Rig sent out Elijah who inspected our roof, had an idea of what was wrong but wanted to do a water test. The next day he came out with his supervisor and they what they needed to do. I asked for worst case scenario pricing and what they really thought it would take (prepare for the worst, hope for the best). They provided their quote and was out in a few days. Well the repair turned out to be the best case. In fact, it came out less expensive then the best case quote. Elijah and everyone else I spoke with was amazing with their communications, they came out when they said their would, and extremely clean. When time comes from the roof replacement I am 100% going back to Rig Roofing based on this experience.

  Absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! We recently used R.I.G. Roofing for a project on our family home at Lake Mirror in Winter Haven after dealing with a frustrating roof leak. From the very beginning, their coordination was flawless. Their website was incredibly easy to navigate, and after filling out the contact form, we received an immediate response. Wow!The entire process was completely seamless. Every single step—from the initial consultation to the inspection with a higher-level manager, receiving the estimate, the actual roof work, and the follow-up care—was handled with total professionalism. It is clear that every department at R.I.G. works hand-in-hand. The office staff was wonderful with scheduling, and the representatives, managers, and roofing crew were all courteous, skilled, and professional. Problem identification was transparent and quick done due to the drone images of our roof. What impressed us most was being allocated a specific representative, Mr. F., who was our designated go-to person for everything. Whether it was rescheduling, making adjustments, or just checking in, Mr. F. took immense pride in his work. He even came back twice just to be 100% sure that the job was completed immaculately. A very special "Thank You" to Mr. F. for going above and beyond for our family! This company is a shining star and knows exactly what it takes to be among the very best. We highly recommend R.I.G.   RIG Roofing and Construction, solved my flat carport roof issues. Emory came out and thoroughly went over my whole roof and took lots of pictures. He listened to what I had to say and offered two options. Within the next few days, he and Cory came out, where they discuss with me a more detailed plan. As I was in need of a structural beam to eliminate the sag in the flat roof. The two gables next to the flat area also needed to be repaired. After obtaining the building permit, given the structural beam, the repair date was scheduled. The crew arrived early, managed by Isai and supervised by Aaron. Let me tell you they worked. This was a complex job and watching them was like watching a well organized group. They took down the flat part, built a temporary wall to hold the exterior structure up. They replaced the structural beam, by building it in place. Attached the cross beams and replaced the plywood. Then added the ISO board to create a slight tilt, so the water would flow off the roof. Then covered it with TPO sheeting. All this in one day and it poured for an hour or so. I was impressed. The gables were also done. The finishing touches were done the next day. Then Ryan came and installed cement board on the side of the main roof to complete the job. Thank you so much for the work well done. I would definitely use RIG Roofing again. (My 40' x 40' garage/shop will need to be done with the next couple of years.) The office staff kept me informed as to the status and when everything would start. I am sorry to say that I was unable to add photos.

  I cannot say enough great things about Aaron Chandler and RIG Roofing! Aaron's communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. He was responsive at all hours of the day and understood how important our timeline was. We needed a complete reroof finished in time to satisfy insurance requirements, bind coverage, and keep our real estate closing on schedule with no delays. RIG Roofing delivered! The entire reroof was completed in just one day, and I was extremely impressed with the quality, efficiency, and professionalism of the crew. Even the neighbors commented on how amazed they were with the process and quality of the work. What impressed me just as much was the attention to detail. The landscaping and exterior of the home were kept in meticulous condition throughout the project, everything was cleaned up beautifully, and they even left spare shingles for the homeowners should they ever need them in the future. As a Realtor, having trusted local professionals who understand that deadlines matter can make all the difference in getting clients successfully to the closing table. Aaron and RIG Roofing absolutely came through for us. I would confidently recommend them to my clients, friends, and neighbors. Five stars all around!
