  I was scheduled 4 routine maintenance on my system this morning. When jerry, the technician discovered a water leak he went over and above to help repair it.GREAT JOB.

  I just purchased a new house with a well and immediately called Kinetico to get a softner/filter installed. I had their system on my previous house with very hard city water (Auburndale) and I knew I would want the same water treatment at my new house. Erwin, the sales guy was great. They were able to install the system the next day. Jerry did an amazing job getting the system installed, both at the well and the osmosis system at the sink. I highly recommend Kinetico if you need a softner and/or filter system.
