He was very thorough and going over everything that was needing to be checked and cleaned, and anything that could prevent problems in the future and keep dirt and mold down. I am recently widowed and Responsible for this big house. This company is a very good company and they take care of their customers! Thank you, Austin and thank you iceberg I will call you for all my needs that you cover.
- CCChris3 days ago5.0Bailey came out and did a great job setting up our water heater. Great job on the piping and taking the time to explain to my dad everything about the water heater and the valves to shut off the water heater. Very happy with the service
- TETheron Edge3 days ago3.0The work performed was good.However, they put a whole in my wall and did not refi it with concrete but just covered it up with tape. This not what the Office lead me to expect. And the Office has not respond to me.

Bert, our technician, was on time and kept persistent communication the day of our appointment. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also love that they send you a picture of your technician as well as your technicians background before they arrive, this really makes iceberg stand out! We were not pressured to purchase anything extra and Bert did a phenomenal job at maintenance in our system. We will most definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend for you to give them a try!
