From the moment I called him, he spoke with to fire chief on site to gain a full understanding of the situation. He was responsive (on site within an hour), professional, and genuinely concerned. Given the urgency of the situation, Jesse and his team communicated throughout the repair process, and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of quickly. In a time that was incredibly stressful, they provided peace of mind and exceptional service. I’m incredibly grateful for their quick response and dedication to me as a customer. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I called and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. The technician was on time, spent the time needed to assess the problem. My system would need to be replaced. He cleaned up the area before left. I called and asked for a quote on a replacement. I had an answer in before they closed for the day. I was available for service to be done Wednesday morning. They were punctual. Cleared out the old unit, installed the concrete base and assembled the unit. They worked efficiently and had the new unit done around lunch time. They took the old unit to dispose of it. The AC is working, the new unit was installed with a new base, and looks better than the old one. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the results, and the professional service. I had been dreading finding someone to do a new AC. I am extremely happy with the results. I would recommend Chain of Lakes Refrigeration & Air Conditioning!👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
