  The best AC company around! Jesse is always very quick to respond and so helpful! Anytime we have an AC issue he is there as quickly as possible and gets the job done. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

  When one of my HVAC blower motors became a fire hazard, Jesse came through in every possible way. From the moment I called him, he spoke with to fire chief on site to gain a full understanding of the situation. He was responsive (on site within an hour), professional, and genuinely concerned. Given the urgency of the situation, Jesse and his team communicated throughout the repair process, and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of quickly. In a time that was incredibly stressful, they provided peace of mind and exceptional service. I’m incredibly grateful for their quick response and dedication to me as a customer. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

  My AC was not working for a while. I needed a repair or replacement. I had a company come out, but they made things worse. A relative suggested Chain of Lakes. I called and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. The technician was on time, spent the time needed to assess the problem. My system would need to be replaced. He cleaned up the area before left. I called and asked for a quote on a replacement. I had an answer in before they closed for the day. I was available for service to be done Wednesday morning. They were punctual. Cleared out the old unit, installed the concrete base and assembled the unit. They worked efficiently and had the new unit done around lunch time. They took the old unit to dispose of it. The AC is working, the new unit was installed with a new base, and looks better than the old one. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the results, and the professional service. I had been dreading finding someone to do a new AC. I am extremely happy with the results. I would recommend Chain of Lakes Refrigeration & Air Conditioning!👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Jesse took care of our AC at my hair salon immediately as I was out of town when our AC went out my staff and clients were extremely hot . He went in after hours and on the weekend to make this happen to get our unit back to working . Jesse is an amazing guy and has an awesome company ❤️

  Jesse was outstanding! He took the time to thoroughly diagnose my AC system instead of jumping to expensive repairs. He was honest, professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. After another company recommended over $5600 in repairs and tried to steer me toward a $10k+ replacement for my 7-year-old system, Jesse and his crew found the actual problem, fixed it, and ultimately saved me nearly $5k. It feels like it's getting harder to find contractors you can truly trust these days, but Jesse has definitely earned my business. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest HVAC technician.
