  CWS is an OUTSTANDING company!!! I truly feel they went above and beyond for us. From the start, the front office was a pleasure to work with. Angelina provided all the answers we asked, and competently alleviated any concerns we might have had. They came to measure our openings and pointed out the failure of our old winds and the quality and proficiency of their impact resistant windows. Very professional appearance. Windows didn't take very long to manufacture and Russ kept me updated on installation date. They arrived rite on time. No rescheduling or issues from start to finish. Cade & Devon removed the old windows within minutes without any damage to the brittle tile window ledge. Installation was done with care and attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up and double checked. These two really are true professionals. We will be ordering more windows from shortly and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. What a difference it made on our home. Especially the amount of outside noise it cuts down on. We noticed in one day how our A/C system wasn't running as much, inspite of the outside temp remaining at 90 the last 3 prior days. Should save on our electrical bill for sure.

  We had our roof replaced by RIG roofing and continue to be happy with the maintenance we received, so we decided to go with their sister company Central Window Sales for our new windows. Trey their salesperson introduced us to the "My Safe Florida" grant saving us a substantial amount of money! Russ came to the house to ensure that the windows were laid out properly, followed by the installers Cade and Devon who were so professional and very skilled in their craft. They answered any questions we had and finished the job in a timely manner, and Nikki in the office was always professional and helpful. What a great team thanks!

  We are beyond thrilled with our new front door. We received helpful assistance and education by the sales team; Andrew made sure that we both considered and understood the many options from which we could choose. The estimated time for production and installation were clear and accurate. The installers, Cade and Devon were true professionals. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable and friendly. This was a seamless and enjoyable process from start to finish.

  The service we received with Central Window Sales and their sister company RIG Roofing was truly unbeatable. Ryan and Russ provided a free inspection, helped us identify the true source of a leak we've been dealing with for years, and finally finished the repair that no other company had managed to resolve properly. Anyone can tell they truly care about their customers, and they didn't try to sell or upcharge anything unnecessary. These companies will be my first and foremost recommendations going forward, and we're truly so thankful that they succeeded in helping us where others could not. Thank you Ryan and Russ!!
