  My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our new home with Ashton Woods in the Berry Bay community. Royce and Gillian were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and worked together to make sure we always felt informed, comfortable, and supported. Royce was professional, kind, courteous, patient, and never pushy. She went above and beyond by being flexible with her schedule, walking us through every detail of the home-buying process, and continuing to answer our questions even after we purchased the home. Gillian was also a great help and partnered closely with Royce to ensure everything moved smoothly and that we received the guidance we needed along the way. We were equally impressed with the rest of the Ashton Woods team. From the sales staff to Addy and the construction department, everyone was responsive and took care of the items we brought to their attention in our new home. They made us feel like our concerns truly mattered. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Ashton Woods to anyone looking to purchase a new-construction home. Anyone considering the Berry Bay community should absolutely ask for Royce Williams and Gillian. They made the entire experience feel personal, organized, and enjoyable. ⭐️

  From the moment we visited Berry Bay, Royce was extremely inviting and very kind. We were looking for our first home and were pretty nervous about the entire process. Royce immediately made us feel at ease and answered every question or doubt. Throughout the process, she has been extremely helpful and supportive. Adnan and Mark have also been there for us and have been great. Thank you and we look forward to moving in soon!

  We had an outstanding experience purchasing our new home with Ashton Woods in Berry Bay, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our Community Sales Manager, Royce Williams. From the very beginning, Royce was professional, courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful without ever making us feel pressured. She was extremely flexible with her personal schedule and took the time to walk us through every detail of the home-buying process. Even after closing, she continues to answer our questions, including helping me identify items from the model home that I am interested in purchasing for our new home. Her dedication and level of customer service have truly gone above and beyond our expectations. The entire Ashton Woods team was phenomenal and quickly addressed every item we noticed in our new home.
