  Our tankless water heater stopped working. We had a recommendation to call Mike's. We did and they were out within hours. There was an issue with parts needed, vendor issues in supply chain. After a day of trying to work through this, I talked with them again re: how about just replacing the unit instead. They had one in stock, had crew here within the hour and with warranty was cheaper than parts plus labor. Very responsive and professional. They will have my business going forward. Office staff was very helpful too. Promised to call me back with a solution and within minutes this was all set up. Bad situation turned great within a day. Thx Mike's.

  Great service. Kudos to Mike Scott Plumbing. A good experience in every way from the wonderful staff who took my call, the quick response to our problem, the friendly plumber who took the time to explain the problem and the follow up. They went out of the way to accommodate our time parameters because of therapy appointments. Nice people. We have used many times and never disappoint.

  Almost EVERY worker they have that drive DO NOT know how to drive!! I have almost been in a few accidents just from their driver's! I have called and reported it with no changes... 75% of their driver's are on the roadway in the morning with no headlights on when the law requires it... Also called that in twice and nothing has changed... At this point seems the whole company is unprofessional!!

  They did an amazing job. They saw the job through no matter what the issue was. They were here for such a long time. Pretty much half the day but they got me a brand new hot water heater and they fixed my floor. Thank you, Mike Scott's plumbing Update We didn't have hot water in the kitchen. Apparently the guys that came before didn't finish the job even though they were great at what they did. For the most part they didn't finish the job. The guy that was here today finished it. He was here for probably an hour and a half ish. We now have hot water so thank you so much!

  ★★★★★ After having a toilet issue that led to flooding in our home on Tuesday, we learned the hard way that not every plumbing company has your best interest in mind. We called an emergency plumber and then had another company come out yesterday. We were overcharged and talked into doing things that weren’t even necessary and didn’t fix the problem. Then we called Mike Scott Plumbing, and I can honestly say we will never call anyone else again. We’ve now used them twice and both experiences have been fantastic. Their prices are very reasonable, their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly… honest. They don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need, and they take the time to actually figure out what’s going on. Even their customer service team has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We already have our next appointment scheduled! If you’re in the Ocala area and need plumbing services, call Mike Scott Plumbing.
