  I had water coming underneath the outside wall under the garage. Carlos arrived in, opened up the wall for me on the inside. He went the extra mile to make the whole larger and dig out the insulation down on the sill. He took the time to make the drywall opening very straight and right on the outside edge of a stud, allowing for easier repair of the drywall at a later date. He also cleaned up after the job. It was very pleasant to deal with.

  Called Mike Scott in to repair my irrigation system when it was destroyed during a pool installation. They did a great job rerouting the water lines and establishing new sprinkler heads. 2 months after their work was completed, I realized that 2 heads were on the wrong zone. They came back within a few days and adjusted the lines to correct the problem under warranty. Team was great. I'll definitely call them back for any future work.

  Took total advantage of my grandparents!! They live in a retirement community and are having issues with their stove. An employee came out here to tell them there was nothing he could really do and my grandparents didn’t “do their part” by forcing the person who brought the stove over to either install it or take it back (aka there’s nothing he can do). He charged $70 for telling them it wasn’t his problem! $70!! These are 70+ senior citizens living in a retirement community who he knows will not protest. Terrible.

  The arrival window was 9 AM to 1 PM. They were here 9 AM, went right to work and kept us informed of what were the options and gave us a price. We opted to replace toilet. Logan called said they didn't make the old one and was replaced by one $100o more. We said get it they installed the new one after having to replace the flange. They cleaned up, very professional, courteous, and friendly. Would have Logan and the guy with him back anytime.

  We have had Mike Scott Plumbing services to our home twice since we moved to the Villages two months ago and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Very, very professional, work they do is quality and all at a reasonable price. The first time we had them install a faucet for our kitchen sink, they came out quickly and the job was done professionally. On Tuesday we called to have our toilet fixed and a new hot water tank installed, they were here on Wednesday, on time, the worker Luis was a pleasure, professional, knowledgable and was able to explain what was wrong with the water heater and toilet to my husband and fix all of the problems. Very happy!
