  My two service techs sent me a text telling me they were on their way. They were actually early. When they arrived I was busy with a phone call and we just communicated through sign language. They went right to work and completed the installation quickly. They were very neat, polite and professional. I highly recommend Mike Scott Plumbing.

  We purchased a new home in the Villages. It was a spec home completed without our input. Shortly after moving in we cleaned the tub in the guest bathroom and the finish came off of the bathtub drain fixture . Mike Scott Plumbing is refusing to repair the drain. I did some research and this problem is epidemic throughout the new home builds . I posted this issue on social media and my post blew up with similar problems. I spoke with The Villages builder and he said “ I have been dealing with 100’s of similar issue but they will not stand behind their choice to use cheap fixtures. I asked him a direct question …. If this is a common problem then why are they allowing Mike Scott Plumbing to continue using this cheap garbage ? He responded with …. “ That’s a good question “.

  “Excellent experience with Mike Scott plumbing septic division! They came out the same day we called and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They took the time to show us exactly what the problem was, explained everything clearly, and fixed it immediately. Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Highly recommend!”

  I had a jammed plastic main water valve which would not close all the way. I ask to have the valve replaced with a brass valve. Not an emergency. They said the technician would arrive between 8-10 AM in two days and they would text before they arrive. I got a text at 7 AM saying they were on the way, they showed up at 8:15. Finished the job at 9:15. They had to reroute the lines to fit the new valve. The job was done skillfully and neatly, exactly what I wanted. The technicians were polite and answered all my questions (I had just purchased the house and was still getting to know it). The charge was in the ballpark of what I was expecting. I would definitely use Mike Scott Plumbing again.

  Not a good company at all. Nelson came out and did nothing but argue with me from the start. I explained that I heard burping from the toilet before noticing there was no water in the bowl. He argued that I may just not have checked my toilet for a week and it drained out. I’ve never heard of that before 🤣. I specifically called in and asked for a camera snake. Nelson argued again saying they don’t do cameras until you have multiple problems. This is a new build about a month old that I’ve had multiple problems with. I can’t recommend Nelson or this company for any type of work. Totally unprofessional and argumentative.
