  I can’t recommend Telford Cooling enough! They came out on a Sunday during the July 4th holiday weekend and responded immediately. This is the second time I’ve needed them outside of normal business hours, and once again they showed up right away. They took the time to explain everything, provided pictures and detailed information, and made the entire process stress-free. Outstanding customer service, professionalism, and reliability. Hands down the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. Highly, highly recommend! Steven was amazinggggg!!

  Telford Cooling LLC is my go-to provider in Palm Beach County. I have hired them multiple times for both cooling and pool systems, and their work is exceptional. Even during the July 4th weekend, they arrived without hesitation to clean and service mini-split ACs. The technician was on time, on budget, knowledgeable, and polite, leaving the area spotless. Their vehicles are impeccably clean and the entire team is consistently respectful. I highly recommend their professional and skilled services. Thank you.

  I’ve had Shaun of Telford Cooling taking care of my HVAC for 10 years now. He also takes care of my son’s home having completely redone his HVAC unit and ductwork. His work has never disappointed us. His prices are fair and his response to phone calls after hours are almost immediate. He has always been there when we needed him for problems. I would recommend Telford Cooling without hesitation.

  Simply seamless- always....ALWAYS employees are in proper moods......take time to explain anything.....will help with anything you got ( for ex: can you look at this cabinet I broke please - not even close to his job). AND, most importantly, the job gets done....and there is nothing that would tell anybody you had work done - THEY CLEAN UP! Great company

  Telford Cooling has been doing a great job serving several of our family members. The most recent incident occurred at my home late on a Friday. We called them and they came right out, diagnosed the problem and got the part before 5pm so we were cool before the weekend. I highly recommend them.
