There are some technicians who seem more experienced, however everyone has to start somewhere. Sebastian has helped us and solved our problems plenty of times and we can't thank him enough. Someone named Tim will call you and repeat that he needs to send out dispatch for a fee when all you want to do is request an equipment purchase for a unit. I know they replaced a unit in my exact stack and could easily give me a quote but Tim insisted that I pay to have someone dispatched to my apartment. When I told him that was inconvenient he suggested I call another company. I requested a call back from a manager and he refused. I would NEVER do business with this company!
