Great technician (Louis) came out 3 times to fix faulty icemaker on my whirlpool refrigerator. First time, had to order icemaker itself which was back ordered from parts warehouse for almost 3 weeks from initial call. After installing ( which Louis arrived much earlier than scheduled), a behind the unit water inlet value started to leak. The tech had already installed another valve with the ice maker unit) This third valve due to its configuration design, started leaking after other two units were installed. Louis ordered a third part needed and again arrived earlier than scheduled this morning and just completed the job under 10 minutes. No fault on him due to poor design by manufacturer.
Louis is a hard worker for ECM and deserves recognition for his patience and dedication to his company. All service reps should follow his example for taking their job seriously !!

My Air Conditioning wasn't working 😕 When the technician Fecaris Golden,arrived I showed him the Unit. Then he went to the controle (Thermostat )and he said it's low BATTERY 🪫 HE said I hope this is not the only thing wrong with it, because unfortunately I still have too charge you for the $90 fee. Once he put new batteries 🔋 on it ,it started working, beautifuly.ThankGod .Fecaris Golden he's a very nice young man 👨 with honesty 👏 very courteous, patient and professional and has a beautiful personality ❤️ ✨️ 😊 Thanks. IF I EVER NEED ANYONE AGAIN I WILL REQUEST HIM 💖🙏💖🙏🌟👑

Update: Technician came out. Said he ran diagnostic and that everything looked appropriate and that we- the customer- has vacuumed it out well enough.
Didn’t answer rattling fan issue.
Technician left, 30min later water started leaking from the AC again continuously.
Called ECM emergency and spoke to what I believe is a robot and waiting on a call back.
I have been with ECM for years. Yesterday we took off work to have our A/C inspected from 8-12pm. Took off work in the morning. We then received a call close to 11am stating that the repairman had called out. Day lost of income but that we would have service come out from 2-6pm. They also mentioned that once tickets are on repairman come out same day even if it extends their time.
Waited in the house until 9pm and no one ever came. Next day, we were not contacted we had to reach out to the company to see what occurred. They could not provide an answer but scheduled us for the second time from 2-4pm Called out of work and lost a second day of income. Called twice for updates and told it would actually be up to 6pm. Asked if it could be confirmed with technician and told no. Called back and spoke to different attendant and told technician could be contacted and confirmed. Asked to be confirmed by the technician.
Three of our family members in south Florida have contracts with ECM, one longer than 15 years. Other member has had issues last two weeks with appointments being changed and no follow up calls made when parts were ordered. All confidence lost and for $900/year for “at call” service. Website boasts “same day” and 24/7 but this is false
3 days after my first appointment they have told me a manager will contact me. Asked for notes of all A/C issues to be added to ticket, after 6 calls on the 7th turns out notes were not added.
Again, lost income of two days, hotel stay and still no answers

ECM is easily the best $66 I spend each month. My 24 year old washing machine died mid load. I was able to schedule a quick and easy appointment. Henry came out first. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and even had one of the parts I needed on the truck. He installed it quickly, and made sure my machine was usable. Carol called me on Monday, and we ordered the other part. Roy came the following week and installed it. Henry and Roy were prompt, pleasant, and efficient. They knew what they were doing, and put me at ease. Carol is always a pleasure to work with. She helped me with my hot water heater as well. I've been with ECM since 2006. They quality of their service and their reliability keeps me coming back

I called your company for AC maintenance because I was having issues with my system and had several specific questions about its performance. When I scheduled the appointment, I made it clear that I needed someone who could diagnose problems and answer technical questions.
Instead, a maintenance technician was sent who was unable to answer my questions or explain what might be causing the issues I was experiencing. As a result, the visit did not address my concerns and ended up being a waste of my time.
What I find most frustrating is that your company knew I was seeking answers about potential AC problems, yet you sent someone who was not qualified to provide them. If a maintenance technician was not the appropriate person for this type of service call, that should have been explained when I scheduled the appointment, and a qualified diagnostic technician should have been assigned instead.
I expected professional service and expertise, but unfortunately, this experience fell well below those expectations. I would appreciate a response from management regarding why an unqualified technician was sent and what your company intends to do to resolve this situation.
