Very nice and friendly guy. I’ve used Aztil for years and never disappointed. I buy the service plan and it is nice to not have to worry if my AC goes down. Very thankful they called me to remind me that it was time for my cleaning. It’s been a hectic year and have had a lot going on. This totally slipped my mind, but they reminded me a few times.

Aztil has been servicing our HVAC system for close to 10 years, and we have always been very pleased with their service. Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Alex, our service technician. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and extremely proficient at his job. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Aztil to anyone looking for reliable and professional air conditioning and heating service. Joanne Walford

Albert Rodriguez went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. He showed extreme patience and professionalism in dealing with a rude and uncooperative building management team and I would highly recommended with no hesitation…

I had a small flood under my unit in the hallway and it was after hours. But I called anyway, and was happy to see.I could still have service even though it was after hours. Besides the small flood from the a c unit, my unit head shut itself off. I am a subscriber to the special service. They offer with six month.Check up in the winter and in the summer. Because I have that service. There was no extra charge for the after hours visit. Luckily, Antonio was able to fix the problem. And I had cool air for sleeping that night. Polite inefficient.Antonio finished the job quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with Aztil today, I called at 4:50 because I saw water in the pan. They sent a very nice and polite technician. He came an hour after I called. That was wonderful service. I highly recommend Aztil for your air conditioning needs. And thank you Michael for coming so promptly. He was also very neat and put on booties.
