  Needed urgent repair - as usual AC stopped cooling late Friday night. On SAT called friend for recommendation. Called Airworx - best service experience ever, particularly Ralph. On time, called in advance. Went right to work, terribly hot but great focus on the job. Excellent trouble-shooting, speedy repair. I'll arrange for him to come back in 2-3 weeks for another non-urgent issue he spotted. Thank you Ralph!!

  Airworx serviced my A/C unit in May 2026. Very happy with the service I received. My prior service provider (Coolbear) was horrible. They have since gone out of business (no surprise to me). I'm happy to recommend Airworx to anyone in need of an A/C company. They have been servicing my A/C unit for six months now and they are very professional, have technicians that know their stuff and they show up on time. Highly recommend.

  We had a great experience with Airworx. Their team was fast, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and had our AC running again in no time. It’s hard to find companies that are both dependable and courteous these days, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend them for anyone needing honest and reliable service.

  Daniel came out gave me a quote and suggested a new Lennox system to replace my old rusty 17 year old unit that broke down. It was not worth throwing a $1000+ at the old one so I agreed on a new one. He scheduled me for next day install. Miguel and his partner showed up early morning and installed new air handler & condenser. They did an awesome job cleaned everything after. Miguel told me he really loves his job which it showed. He went above and beyond on the install. He has a really good work ethic! Ready for the summer and have a 10 year warranty on parts & labor

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They diagnosed my AC issue as a faulty thermostat and charged approximately $417 to replace it. I only over paid because i was out of state with a guest in my house. The issue was not resolved, and I was later told the actual problem was a failed blower motor. I was also told they would not proceed with the warranty-covered repair unless I purchased a maintenance plan, which did not feel appropriate. When I attempted to address the misdiagnosis, I was told I had “approved the work,” despite relying entirely on their professional recommendation. I offered a reasonable compromise to apply the cost toward a maintenance agreement or receive a credit, but this was refused. I ultimately contacted another contractor, who provided a different and more accurate diagnosis (not a blower motor after all), completed the repair under warranty without requiring a maintenance agreement, and resolved the issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with repairs.
