  I was waiting to review Airworx to see how they handled my issue, it was not good. I had a new Lennox system installed mid March of this year. After just over 2 months, we noticed water leaking in our garage. We called them to come out a few days short of 3 months since installation. The kid showed up and said my lines were clogged, so he flushed the lines, told me I needed new insulation in the box and charged me $277. (Yes, $277 on a unit that was not even 3 months old). I called the next morning and spoke to someone in the office about the charge and the fact that there was still water on the floor. I was told I needed either a second pan or a pump. Lauren was supposed to talk to the service manager about which one and call me back. I called back SIX days later and was told I needed a pump, the estimate was $795. Understandably I was annoyed and wanted to talk to Jason, the service manage. I spoke with him the following day and he told me I needed new insulation, with a door on the box. The estimate was $1040. I called Lennox directly and they suggest having a company come out and check the installation. They recommended a company so I called them and paid $129 to check installation. The tech found a few issues with installation, the biggest issue being the coils were out past the catch tray and were causing condensation to drip down into the box. He also saw that there was a hole in the wall with a towel stuck in it. I called Airworx and told them what I was told and that I wanted a senior tech to come look at the unit. I felt them push back and they wanted pictures I had taken. I sent them and then they wanted the invoice from the other company. I sent that. They sent a tech out, nice guy, and although he had experience, he was brand new to the company. He pushed the coils back in and put foam in the wall, and guess what...no water since! I sent an email to Jason the day the tech was here, and no response. I believe the $277 service call was BS and my lines were not the problem. They were giving me estimates to reroute water, not solve where it was coming from. I am also frustrated that I had to pay $129 to another company to figure out what Airworx did wrong. They have taken zero accountability for the installation error and their customer service was terrible the entire time. I am out $400 and it all could have been avoided. My advice is to call the manufacturer directly and see who they recommend. Lennox gave me a few companies and Airworx was not one of them!

  can’t say enough good things about the service I received. They showed up on time, were friendly, and got straight to figuring out what was wrong with my AC. They explained everything without trying to upsell me or make me feel like I didn’t understand. The repair was done quickly, and everything has been running perfectly since. It’s such a relief to find a company that’s honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need HVAC work, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service.

  Our technician was very knowledgeable . Did our yearly maintenance today . Air WorX is a great company they are reliable , punctual and have easy communications with AI assistant after hrs that handle appointments and scheduling services . All went so smooth . Thank you Airworxs

  After a perfect maintenance check just two months ago, our 14-year-old unit’s motor and condenser unexpectedly failed. I was able to schedule a service call for the very next day, and Daniel explained that the system would need to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, professional, and presented us with three options without any pressure. We chose the middle option, which seemed fairly priced—not the cheapest, but not overpriced either. The very next morning, two conscientious, hardworking technicians arrived and spent about eight hours removing the old upstairs unit and installing our new system, which cost approximately $12,000. They were polite, friendly, and appeared to be very well trained. They carefully protected our floors and walls throughout the installation, and considering the unit was upstairs, their attention to detail and strong work ethic were especially appreciated. It’s only been a few days, but everything is working perfectly so far, and we have no complaints. Based on our experience over the last few years working with Airworx, we would definitely recommend this company.
