  I recently had an excellent experience with this United Rentals on 45th street in WPB. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of good equipment and great service. From the delivery to the final pickup, the entire process was smooth. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in making sure I selected the right equipment for my project. The equipment itself was in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and ready to perform. It operated exactly as expected, which helped keep my project on schedule without any unexpected downtime. What really stood out was the customer service. Communication was clear, delivery was on time, and the return process was quick and hassle-free. It’s obvious that they value professionalism and customer satisfaction. So far United Rentals has always made my rental experiences simple, dependable, and stress-free. I will always recommend them to others.

  I wanted to reach out because I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I just had while trying to get a forklift quote from your company. When I first called, a young woman answered the phone and she was very polite and helpful. She asked what I needed and told me she would transfer me to a sales representative. Once I was transferred to the sales rep, Ron, so he says that’s his name but actually his name Jared Geissler I explained that I was looking for a quote. He stated he didn’t have the proper numbers available and said he would have to call me back. At that point, Ron became rude and caught an attitude, saying, “Why would you call me asking for a quote when you already asked her for a quote?” I don’t understand why I was spoken to that way. If both employees work for the same company, communication should be handled internally, not taken out on the customer. I did nothing wrong by requesting pricing information, and it is not my fault that there was a lack of communication between staff. Just extremely unprofessional And I would not be using them
