  Allen at Capitol was very helpful with selecting the appropriate flooring for the house and also a bathroom. The installation crew did a great job in levelling the floor and laying the new floor. They were very good at the edges so that quarter round wasn't necessary. They were also very quick and efficient at moving the furniture, installing the flooring and putting the furniture back.

  The workers did a great job installing the tiles. The overall service was great from start to finish. All my floors have come from Capitol Carpet & Tile. They have great quality flooring.

  why would you buy from anyone else? ill tell you why.... these outfit conducts themselves the opposite of what they portray in their commercials. salesman blatantly lied to me about using subcontractors. the job they did was good but, they sent riff raff into my home that broke 2 pictures and smashed a statue and tried to hide it. on their phones the whole time and couldnt communicate with them very well. they never followed up on the job they did. used car salesman tactics. i didnt even price the job because i wanted a professional outfit and respectable company to come into my home. i got the opposite. dont bother with these guys. they take the money and run.

  Selecting &Purchasing process went fairly smoothly. Wait time for delivery & installation long & wasn't notified. Had to make f/u call. Installation great except reached a snag when installer didn't know how to program a Hunter Douglas remote. On the phone with a difficult to reach HD tech who seemed somewhat condescending. Finally corrected in over 30 minutes of telephone time. All in all I WOULD recommend Capital Carpet.

  I bought a carpet remnant. They made me wait a week to pick it up. When it arrived they left it outside on the sidewalk out front of the store. Then three men working there watched me (a 53 year old female)and my 65 year old sister put it in the car our selves and didn't bother to offer any help. Lol. I guess they only treat you right if you spend big bucks. When I am ready to do a big job, I will think twice about giving them my business.
