  It was Mother's day and both toilets were backed up and also the shower was also backed up and flooded the master bath. I called Bobby's Plumbing in a panic! The answering service put me in touch with Mike, the technician. He told me "no worries" and was at my house within the hour. I apologized for taking him away from family on Mother's Day. He was able to locate the problem and he fixed it. We able to resurrect our Mother's day plans! Thank you, Mike.

  They were very responsive. I was able to get them to come out to my house within a day or two of my call and they were able to take care of my problem immediately. Very professional

  Bobby’s was the only plumbing company that responded to my urgent request for a broken water supply line outside my house. They responded quickly, made the repair and charged a fair price. I would definitely hire them again.

  I’ve had Bobby’s plumbing do work for me multiple times over the last 20 years. Last time was 2016 to replace this heater for $875. This time we ran into a major issue. I was quoted $1040 to install a new hot water heater. Work was done promptly but when I came to pay, I was told that it was $1540. Failure on my part was to get a written quote. But they would not honor the quote. Their supervisor stated they would remove the new one and replace the old one and leave. They did leave. They did remove the new heater. They left the old one sitting in my garden. I’m unable to respond to the company response, after my response. So her is an in-line response. As stated, by error for not asking for a written quote. Next buyer beware. No written quote was offered. When plumber came to sight we reviewed the work to be done and he answered questions. But he did not discuss the price before doing the work. Perhaps the company should implement this as a policy if they only offer verbal quotes. Now, I’m certain I’m not deaf. I don’t believe I miss heard the price, nor did I miss hear the “supervisor” state what they have written here. You very clearly said, whilst on speakerphone with the plumber present that they would reinstall my heater because I did not pay the price they requested. I was very surprised to find it sitting in my garden. They haven’t had any problems contacting me. I was able to text with the plumber after the work was completed yet they insist that I heard different words on two occasions. So again. Next buyer from Bobby’s, beware. A+ plumbing have gone out of the way to solve this for me. And supplied more than Bobby’s set out to supply: 1. Drip pan 2. Expansion valve 3. Replaced failing inlet valve 4. Set up an inspection of the work 5. Written quote. 6. Identified adjustments before starting work. 7. Installed the 30 gallon version tank that Bobby’s said was no longer available from the same manufacturer, even after I explained to Bobby’s that I can find it available on the manufacturer’s website as a current model for $675. Or $475 if you buy 3. All for less than Bobby’s attempted to charge.

  It is my pleasure to comment on the repair performed by your technician yesterday at my home. Your technician arrived on time and immediately began work on replacing the circulating pump on my hot water heater that failed after several years of service. I was impressed with a) the efficiency of your tech's diagnosis of the problem and b) his technical knowledge of what needed to be done to replace the part quickly and efficiently. I less than an hour he had replaced the defective pump and got my hot water system back flowing. Not only was his work well performed, but he made a point of explaining what he was doing which gave me a sense of comfort that what needed to be done was being done. As a former homebuilder/developer, I was impressed with the how well your tech performed his work. I have used your company for various plumbing issues for several years and have always found your techs to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to other homeowners in need of plumbing work. Thank you for tending to my repair.
