  I'm and 79 year old woman and had a plumbing question. You see, I have a warranty company for most major repairs and appliances. After 3 house calls from AZ Plumbing, they finally acknowledged my valve needed replaced. So AZ came and put in a new valve for my Moehn shower fixture. Not only did he break my plastic tear drop cover but HE PUT THE VALVE IN UPSIDE DOWN. This is where Bobby's comes in. I called numerous places (including Lowes and Home Depot) for the plastic tear drop which they no longer sale, but Bobby's does. I am not real good with directions on my phone, so I called Bobby's and he stayed on the phone with me knowing full well all I was going to buy from him was a plastic tear drop. I arrived at Bobby's with their help and he proceeded to explain that the valve was installed by AZ upside down. Since this valve is in upside down, when you turn the knob to the right, you get hot water. When you turn it to the left, you get cold water. All I know is that, if I was searching for a plumbing service on my own (without having to use the plumber that mt warranty company provided), I would definitely choose Bobby's. If they took so much time just with directions and explanations knowing full well I was not a "paying customer", I could only imagine how they would handle a real paying customer. Oh, last but not least, I had to clean up each time the umber left. So, in conclusion, save your time on trying to find a good plumber just based on their reviews. Believe me, Bobby's would do a great job!

  In May 2025, Bobby's Plumbing came to our residence to deal with a clogged kitchen line. As you can see from the attached paid invoice, they went on the roof and cabled the vent stack 4 times. In the timeframe after they left, as you can from my pictures taken by a roofing inspector who did a forensic examination, that there is rusting on the roof all around the vent stack. There's also video taken by the roofing inspector that shows footprints on the roof where a plumber that had the chemical agent on his shoes walked around - plus, it shows that the same rust dust that is on the roof is also found going down the vent stack. The inspector (who didn't even know that a plumber had come to the house) concluded that there was a plumbing issue, a chemical agent like Clobber was used and it got on the roof around the vent stack - and the plumber never washed it off - hence, a few months later, it ate through the roof's protective coating and caused this damage shown in the photos. I can attest that no washing was done to the roof before the plumbers left that day. I called Bobby's Plumbing, told the office manager that I was send them the invoice from when they did the plumbing work, and send them the photos and video from the roofing inspector. She said she'd take care of it. A few days later, I get a call from a plumber (not the manager) - and he basically just tells me "I was the one at your house and I didn't do it." And that's it. No call back from the manager - just the plumber saying, "I didn't do it." In their mind, I'm just supposed to "eat" the $3000 bill to fix the roof that Bobby's Plumbing damaged. Completely incompetent and unprofessional! To be fair, it's possible that the plumber called without knowledge of his manager. So far, I have not heard from the office manager. Should I hear from her and they take responsibility for this negligence, I'll be happy with the resolution. But right now, I'm left leaving a negative review for this unacceptable behavior.

  Technician was honest, professional and fixed the leak on the water heater. He was knowledgeable and addressed the problem, saving me money. I will definitely use your services again!

  So grateful for Bobby’s! Immediately I had a plumber here and the problem found and taken care of in less than a hour! Very happy with all the service I receive from Bobby’s through the years! Thank you!!!
