  From concept to design to fruition, Beechwood has helped create my vision both at work and at home! Both of my projects were totally different from anything anyone else was doing! I truly appreciated that Beechwood stood with me the whole way both suggesting powerful additions and sourcing what it would take to create my vision.   Beechwood Builders was recommended by my architect. I met with Jeff Gates the owner several times. His company had 32 years experience in building custom homes. The home was built, exactly like I wanted. The home was complicated, but identical to the plan. Trust is a hard issue, but this company Beechwood Builders is the real deal!!! I will try to add a photo, this may not be your taste, but Jeff Gates made my dream come true!!!! Beechwood Builders is a private family owned business that you can TRUST!!!

  From the very first design and planning phase through to the final walkthrough, Beechwood Builders were outstanding. When we initially met with several local builders about renovating our older home, most pushed for tearing it down and starting over with a custom build. Beechwood, however, took a completely different approach—offering thoughtful solutions and creative suggestions that allowed us to preserve and transform the home we already loved. Every person we encountered on their team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in our project. Their deep understanding of the Venice area helped guide us through decisions both big and small, giving us confidence throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their ability to bring our vision to life while staying on schedule, keeping the worksite clean and organized, and respecting our budget.
