  A+ for Christoper at All American Purification & Plumbing. I have whole home RO - while awesome, it’s also a giant pain in the __. I feel confident leaving my regular monthly and occasional maintenance to Christopher & the AA team. They’re very responsive, quick to help and fix. Get your membership and leave it to the experts!

  Through, to the point of an assessment of the entire well system. Offering advice on needed improvements. I was disappointed as a new customer, I was not scheduled for August after my first treatment in July. I made several calls and was assured I would be serviced. My final call was at 10:05 am

  The gentleman that normally I meet here if I'm here they've been very good to ask any questions and very professional plus the office staff has been very professional speaking to and concern to always ask is anything more we can do to help it's nice to know they take a few minutes to make sure all things are well and answer some of my questions time to time thank you. The monthly service on the salt delivery has been very helpful and anything else they never see I'd rather have them tell you guys in the office case I overlook anything and keep me in the loop thank you

  Christopher was on point. Very knowledgeable , professional and extremely helpful in explaining exactly what he was doing and how everything worked when it came to my water filtration system that was being serviced. I actually had him even do some extra work while he was there. Had him flush my hot water tank and replace the anode rod !! Was very pleased with the great service at a reasonable price !!

  We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! We needed a water softener and ultrafiltration system installed because of the hard water in our home, and they made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the text reminders, as well as receiving a photo and information about the technician who would be coming to our home ahead of the appointment. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference and immediately made us feel comfortable. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain our options without ever making us feel pressured. Pricing was fair and transparent, and we felt confident that we were getting the right system for our home rather than simply being sold something. The installation went smoothly, and the entire experience was organized and professional from beginning to end. We’re extremely happy with our new system and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a water softener or filtration system!
