I have had their water softener system for almost 3 yrs and have had it serviced 3 times. I just got a bill for $170 that I explicitly stated when I called about the same part going bad that I was not paying for this again when this system is only a few years old, im still paying for it and its previously been fixed. I will be filing a complaint with the state as I was never informed of any charges ahead of time so I could make a choice.
Although you feel that you were fair, the fact you charge a card on file without my permission is actually breaking a law. I tried to discuss and your lady who answers the phone decided it was more productive to tell me that you can basically do what you want. You can't, reverse the charge. You did not have my consent or agree to the charge.

Our well pump failed over the weekend, and All American Purification responded immediately. They had us back up and running within just a few hours. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. I did some comparison shopping, and not only were they competitively priced, but they were also able to respond much faster than any of the other companies in the area.
The service technician, Preston, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all of the work that was needed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend All American Purification for anyone in need of well or water system service. We are now signing up for routine maintenance service! 10++++

All American Purification has come to our rescue not once, but twice.
The first time was just two days before Christmas when our whole-house reverse osmosis system failed, leaving us without water. The team at All American responded quickly, installed a new system, and got us back up and running in time for the holidays. Being without water while preparing meals and entertaining family would have made Christmas incredibly stressful, but they saved the day.
The second time was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. We discovered that the water pump supplying our house had failed, and once again we were facing the prospect of being without water for a long holiday weekend. Without hesitation, the team at All American stepped in and had everything working again by the end of the day.
We are incredibly grateful for the entire team at All American Purification. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to their customers are second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable water treatment and purification services.

Nightmare experience & Unethical business practices - We had our well pump and wiring completed replaced several weeks ago by All American and paid over $3,300. for the work. Unfortunately a few days later we noticed that our pool shed power was out and also that water was leaking from the brand new well cap / seal. After a closer look we noticed that the pump switch which was also replaced was not put back together properly and our irrigation was tripping the system because they left electrical wires exposed (fire hazard). They returned to "fix" the problem by applying jb-weld caulking to the well cap which did NOTHING to resolve the problem. So we called again and they came back a SECOND time and this time replaced just the cap. They then sent a bill for over $300. for this work even though this is a brand new install that they just charged me for. I argued the invoice and they reluctantly voided it. Sure enough a few days later it's still leaking! They came out a THIRD time and removed the well cap to inspect everything and supposedly found the leak in the new pipe they installed and repaired it. As the worker was pulling out of my driveway I was looking at the cap and saw it STILL leaking and called him back over. He pulled the pump completely back up this time and must have found a crack or break in the brand newly installed pvc pipe 30' or 40' down causing the water to back up and cause this issue. They had the nerve to send me a $125. bill for this! You don't bill a customer for repairing a faulty job you just completed! This was a brand new install not a repair. Their office said the worker spent 4 hours on site so we have to bill you and we're only billing for labor not parts or parts not labor. what?!?! I should be billing them for all of the time I've wasted dealing with this nonsense. They refused to void the repair invoice out and they promised a call from the Owner which I have not received. Buyer beware.
