We are family-owned and operated. With the dream of two individuals, Marlin James opened its doors on January 21, 1994. James “Red” Griffin and Marlin “Scott” Clark Sr., with five decades of experience combined, founded Marlin James, Inc on an incredible combination of loyalty, integrity, and just plain pride that lives on to this day. After Red’s retirement in 2006, his daughter, Glenda Clark, took over his control of the company. In 2016, Marlin Clark Jr joined making it a 3rd generation company.
We strive to provide the absolute best experience to everyone we meet. We take pride in keeping our families comfortable year-round. Recognized for our leading craftsmanship and service etiquette, Marlin James Inc. has the skilled workforce and factory-certified training to maintain your commercial or residential equipment in optimal working order. - STSarah TibbsAug 13, 20265.0I’ve been using Marlin James for AC maintenance and repairs for at least 6 years now. They are great! Every technician that has come out is courteous. They explain everything they do and happily answer any questions I may have. Gary has been out for my biannual maintenance over the last year. He’s very nice, professional, and knows his stuff! I highly recommend their Red’ Club maintenance membership program. It’s reasonably priced and worth the money. I plan on continuing utilizing Marlin James’ services for the long term!

That was noticed at closing when I sold the home. I asked for their help. Got no response. I had to pay $700 to have inspection and permit closed out. I am installing a new AC at my new residence. I will not hire Marlen James. .
