  I can't say enough about the professionalism Josh showed through my interaction with him. I have a client that needed an inspection done ASAP and Josh worked to squeeze him in on short notice and into a tight schedule. I highly recommend Josh with Brinks Home Inspection!

  First time homebuyer here. We had Josh come out to inspect our home. We brought three young children, ocd in laws, AND WE ARE FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS… which means we had lots of questions and concerns. Josh was kind to us and told us if we had any questions to ask. We kept him busy for three hours or more with questions, concerns, and the inspection itself. We watched as he checked each window, outlet and other aspects of the inspection. He made time for my children’s questions and was patient in explaining things to them so not only I could understand but they could also. Once we were finished he told us to call if we ever had any questions. When we closed my vacuum wouldn’t work on any electrical outlet. I tried turning of the room breakers I tried and the master breaker. I tried turning on switches to see if outlets were connected to the switch. Nothing worked. I took my vacuum home and it worked fine. I was concerned about our electrical not being wired properly so I called. He was patient in explaining things to me and I told him all the things I had tried. It was very confusing for all parties. He told me to try turning off all the individual breakers to see if they were tripped and were not showing it. I turned off every individual switch kept them of for half a minute and then turned them back on. Voila. Problem solved. As a first time home owner these issues are new and stressful to me, but they can be common for those who work the field. I was so grateful to have Josh be willing to help me figure out the problem and diffuse the anxiety I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know needing an inspection done on their home.   We used Brink’s to complete our 1 year inspection on our new build home. He answered our call and scheduled us for an inspection right away. He was prompt and very professional. I appreciated that he immediately discussed the findings with me, showed me the photos, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The report was ready within the same day.
