- CFChris FrySep 11, 20261.0My mom is elderly and on a fixed income and they pulled an auto payment that was previously canceled out of her account. We were told the money couldn't be refunded and paid from a different account because they had already sent the money to the bank. Luckily I am able to cover it, but some people are not that fortunate. It's just sad to see a utility company treat elderly people in such a manner.
- ACAdam CarterMay 5, 20221.0Terrible Customer service Had dependable service from them while I was at my address in Niceville, but when it came time to move. I called on March 11th the schedule service termination on March 24th. They never shut off service and sent me a bill for another full month of service which I didn't use. (They Printed with my updated address, which they said I never gave them) how could they have my address printed on the bill if I never called to terminate service. all of this over $22. They would rather be right than keep a customer.
