  Arrived on time, was very professional, and inspected the unit. He determined that we needed a compassitor (possible due the numerous storms we've had lately), but that the unit had plenty of freeon and quickly replaced the compassitor. We are thankful he could be settled so quickly.

  Tyler was awesome !! I work from home and he was very respectful of my time and the situation and he was very thorough and did a fantastic job and I would appreciate it if he would be the guy that comes on my next semi-annual cleaning

  Was Quick to respond to the service call. Absolutely professional from start to finish. They were able to find out the issue and fix it very quickly. I highly recommend them. The price was very fair. They responded at the end of the day and still took care of the issue. I actually expected to have to pay more because of the season and the time. I was treated very fairly on the price. Customer service was top notch. Even though the schedule was full, She found a way to get us in.

  I have had repairs done as well as an annual maintenance visit so far this year. They also service my place of business. I have complete confidence that not only is the work done properly but the pricing is fair and reasonable as well. I highly recommend Altmans for all of your heating and cooling needs. A+++

  My AC unit went out at 6pm. I called Altmans around 6:30 just to leave a message. They actually answered the call. They took my info over the phone and said a technician would get back with me soon. A short time later Dave Johnson called me and said he was presently on a service call but would text me when he was completed. A hour and half later he called and said he was on his way. Dave showed up and went straight to work. He was able to fix my unit in about 30 minutes. Unbelievable, it was fantastic. I was thinking no AC all night. It was a fantastic job by Altmans and Dave. Thank you both, Steve
