  I'm so used to waiting for service to show up at the end of the time block. You arrived about 5 min before the beginning of the allotted time! That's star #1. When Gene introduced himself I said 'Well you're probably going to be my new hero ' to which he replied 'Well IDK about that ' but he proved himself wrong and within about 15 minutes had diagnosed my issue. That's star #2. He had me cooling again in about 30 minutes, and after the sweltering week I've had that's got to be star #3. Lastly, I had Duke Energy out to do an audit, and they suggested some pretty expensive improvements to my AC. I told Gene about these and he suggested holding off, as well as a potential improvement that would cost much less. That says a lot. There are companies out there that would jump on that as an opportunity to snag a big job. That's stars 4-5. I've been a lifelong customer of another company that recently sold to a new owner, and I'd heard some negative reviews. I'm so glad I found Lucas as my new AC company.

  Good Morning, Lucas Air conditioner company was Awesome, easy to work with & Great service, They Went Above & Beyond to take care the issue that I was having in my house with the A/c & the returns in the house & Mrs Britney & her crew was Outstanding & 10******Stars service. Thank you so much again Luca’s A/c, & Mr Mathias & her Crew. God Bless! & I recommend with my Eyes Close. 🙏

  I was very happy with Charlie's work. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He's a great mechanic! However, I was very surprised that the motor plus install within in one and a half hours would cost almost a $ 1,000.oo.

  From the initial phone call to Lucas Air, to the technician, Charlie, that showed up within the time frame I was given was above and beyond a perfect example of how a company should treat their customers. I called first thing on Monday morning and the gal that answered the phone squeezed us in before the end of the day. She did not have to do that as we did have a/c and the issue was our air handler was making a clanging noise that my husband and I knew was not normal. Our tech, Charlie, came out within the allotted time and explained to my husband and I what the issue was with our air handler and unfortunately, it was exactly what my husband suspected, the motor was running on it's last annoying noise. Charlie replaced the motor, put the protected top back on and turned on the unit to make sure it was running properly. To his surprise, the motor that came right out of the box was making the same noise but a little bit quieter. Instead of leaving it in there and telling us, the customer, that the noise would subside after the unit ran a bit. He told me he would need to run to their shop and grab another motor. Now mind you, it was after 5pm, never showed any sign of being annoyed because now he is not only having to do the work all over again but had to leave the job site to get another motor. However, he returned within minutes as he did have another motor on his truck. He installed the new motor and ran the system again. Perfect! So, I wonder how many techs out there would have taken the time to be honest and polite about having to do that job twice. Thank you Charlie and Lucas Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC for your dedication to your customers. I am glad that I have a yearly contract with you. My suggestion to anyone that may take the time to read this review- call Lucas Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC, a Veteran owned company.
