He went above and beyond since I couldn't be here in person and made me feel confident in my decision to purchase. The sale, building, and closing went very smoothly. SM website proudly advertise “We Do the Right Thing Act with the highest standards of integrity, every day” which is completely false. SM has the lowest level of integrity.
