  They did a great job job on the roof. A horrible job replacing the gutters (video) they did not put them back in original position or by original attachment blocking! We called for repair, but no response. It’s been several years now, and we just let it go until now. I found out a copy of the wind mitigation report was never given at job completion. I contacted Callie(sp) and was ignored until I started complaining! She is one of the rudest most disrespectful people I’ve encountered in a while. All I’ve ever asked for is for we paid for! Nothing more, but nothing less! Update: Jeramy Lincoln(the Jobsite manager) hand delivered the paperwork requested with apologies for other behavior of other manager involved. We had a professional and constructive conversation about the way the problem originally was handled. He even offered to replace my gutters to make it right. That’s great customer service! I have more than 5 decades of construction experience in 6 states and 3 countries, and would highly recommend Jeramy and his crew. The office management still needs a little help though.

  Such amazing people. Love this company - they were recommended to us many years ago by a friend. We've used them three times now and would absolutely recommend them. As the City roof inspector said when he saw their name on my permit "Ah, you used a good company...Arry's...with these things you get what you pay for." Arry's gives you every penny's worth - in care, good advice, and great work. They really are outstanding.

  Arry's Roofing did a great job. They explained the quote to me and went through all the details. They did a wonderful job on the roof installation and cleaned up everything. Very happy with the whole process.

  What is wrong with your company? Can you not educate or control your employees? You have prior photos and 1 star reviews for the same guy disregarding NO SOLICITING signs, and he comes and knocks on my door on a Saturday? There is a sign prohibiting this at the entrance to our neighborhood as well as a permanent and very legible no soliciting sign on my door that he just beat on while I was on a call. I will make sure to call a company whose employees can read and respect people’s property when I need a roof and stay away from Arry’s.

  It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that is professional. Getting repair bids from 5 roofing company’s, Arry’s Roofing was 1 of 2 that impressed me. Arry’s professionalism from the office staff won them my business and the continued professionalism with the repairs convinced me to write this 5 star review.
