- MRMadeline RobinsonJan 1, 20265.0Thanks so much to @Anclote Heating and Air for coming to the rescue! Yesterday when I got home from work, the AC was not working. We have a contract with a big name AC company that comes out every 6 months to check the system. Every time they come out, they try to sell me a new unit (this one is struggling and you should replace it before the busy season), duct cleaning or something else. I definitely was not calling them for a repair on New Year’s eve! So I put on a sweatshirt and pulled out Lonnie’s T-shirt quilt to watch the ball drop. Decided to give in today and asked Chat GPT who was the most honest AC company in the area that would not pressure an upsell. Long story short, Anclote Air was suggested . Their tech, Justin was here within an hour, went in the attic for about 45 minutes and fixed it. Then only charged $75 (on New Year’s Day). Also said no need for a new unit! They have a new customer! Thanks, Anclote Air!

- EKEric KleeFeb 11, 20205.0I almost dont want to let others know how great Guy and his son, Justin's service is. They may get too busy for me and my little properties. On the other hand, its only fair that I give credit where credit is due. For value and overall awesome professionalism , these guys are my favs. I am intolerant of many of the rip off ac guys that portray themselves as experts. Since i started buying and rehabbing houses into homes, Guy, the owner of Anclote heating and air has always been fair, sometimes, even cheap for what they do. Naturally, it has to be done right for me as a pro. Whether Anclote Heating and air has just tuned a unit up and installed thermostats, or replaced full systems and duct work for me, i see no flaw in what these guys do. I love small companies, because of folks such as these. I highly recommend them, but keep it a secret. Im buying more properties and need them badly!
