  We had an excellent experience with Water Purification Solutions from start to finish. Bryan and Josh are both outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They originally installed our reverse osmosis (RO) system, and when we recently moved, they came back to relocate and reinstall it. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail, making the whole process completely stress-free. It's not easy to find a company that provides this level of customer service both during the initial installation and long after the sale. We truly appreciate their reliability and expertise. We highly recommend Water Purification Solutions to anyone looking for high-quality water filtration systems and exceptional service.

  I recently had a water softener system and reverse osmosis system installed by Bryan at Water Purification Solutions of Tampa, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bryan was fast, careful, and clearly knew what he was doing throughout the entire installation process. What really stood out was how thorough he was with the maintenance instructions afterward — he made sure I understood exactly how to keep both systems running smoothly, which gave me a lot of confidence going forward.   These guys did a great job installing our water softener. We had an older unit, and within a matter of a few days they provided us with information about what was wrong with our current system and quote the price of a new unit, which we felt was reasonably priced. After install there was a small leak which developed near where the work was conducted. They promptly responded to this leak and came out to ensure that our system was functioning properly and they repaired the leak for no additional charge. This level of service and quick response time is a great reason to go with a smaller company like this!

  I love my new water equipment, and already am enjoying the benefits. Alexis, Bryan, and Michael were all very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Very reasonably priced compared to some other larger companies I received quotes from so I’m glad we chose to support a small family owned company.

  Only about a month in, so I'm still learning how this works. So far, no issues. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. Process didn't take very long, even drilling through the wall to get to the outside water line. Might do another review later, after I've become more comfortable with the system.
