⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tuff Shed! Cathy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her customer service truly made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The installers were fantastic as well. They did an outstanding job, paid attention to every detail, and left us with a shed that is solid as a rock and beautifully built. From start to finish, the quality, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. I would highly recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for a high-quality standalone building for their yard. Thank you, Cathy, and the entire Tuff Shed team for a job exceptionally well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cathy was the person at the site. She was very knowledgeable about the sheds. Great customer service. She took the time to explain different options and drew up a quote to our liking! Definitely recommend this place!!

Great experience overall with tuff sheds-cathy shamblin in design helped us design our shed with everything we wanted and needed, she made sure everything went ok with installation (installers were very quick took 1 day, made sure not to install a board with water stains and had a new one delivered). Cathy helped make sure our warranty was finalized after we painted the shed with our house and was available by phone/text and in person every time we needed her. Thanks!

We bought a 12' x 20' premium pro tall barn shed from the Tampa area. The salesperson was br& new, so the manager helped to navigate the system in between whatever else he was doing, which took us a lot longer to get our quote done. Our shed is for commercial property, which we found out they don't do much of. This caused many delays & extra costs. They don’t do site surveys to determine the location & we paid extra money for engineering. Any other contractor does this. We had to do our own site drawings for permitting, which is what contractors are supposed to do. The shed couldn't go where we wanted it to go & it took 2 months for them to tell us this. I then had to propose another location & redo the drawings. This worked but required us to do a whole bunch of extra work for us to move utilities & trailers. Our promised 90-day build took over 6 months, & they required 90% paid up front. Communication with the engineers was terrible. The day after it was completed it leaked. I found several things wrong with the way it was built where there can be water intrusions. LP Smart Side has a 50-year product warranty if you follow their installation instructions, which they did not do. Windows & doors are open to water intrusion as well. They didn't put flashing tape on the wood around the doors & windows that weren't painted on the inside, but I got that done before they were installed. They showed up with cheap caulk to put the panels and trim together, but I have no idea what they used at the factory. I ended up going to Home Depot & getting a caulk is used when installing them in homes as well as what should’ve been used on the siding and trim. They only used this when they installed the windows, nothing else and I got a case for them to use. The frames of the doors are not treated or painted 2x4s even though they are exposed to the elements. Any time there’s driving FL rain, they get wet. There’s no metal flashing above the windows & doors under the trim either. I'm slowly trying to fix all these issues; it's not my full-time job that's why we hired them. The keypad is useless in the sun, so it’s a terrible option for an outdoor product. To use it you must touch the pad & 2 digits randomly pop-up which you must touch first before inputting your code. Even if you can remember exactly where to touch the pad for your code you have no idea which numbers light up first if you can't see the keypad. Even if you shield it with your h& in the sun it's barely bright enough to see. Then you must put in six digits there's no option of doing four & then you must hit the unlock button. Supposedly it locks itself after so long but if you have expensive stuff in your shed is it worth standing around in the hot outdoors to wait? My answer is no so I always lock it with my key on it as well, so why do I need the keypad? Since we’re a commercial setting, we have a master key that works every padlock, & every door inside & outside on our property. Because Tuff Shed chooses to keep this handle proprietary & will provide absolutely no information on it even though we've made several inquiries, we cannot get this to be keyed like the rest of our doors so we’re going to have to pay a locksmith to tear one of them apart to see if there’s anything that can be done. The doors aren’t framed it like a regular door so for us to put in a keypad lock that we can put a master key on we have to reframe the doors & the keypads we paid for become useless. I do not recommend these keypads for outside use! Honestly, I have no clue how they can build things like this & be the number one supposed company in the country. I do not recommend them. I would hire a regular contractor to build me a shed in the future, even if it costs more money to get it done the right way. I talked to them a couple times about all the different issues, & their reply is that's just not the way we do things.
