  We hired tough shed to install a 10x12 pro studio. We are very happy from the experience with Cathy on the initial call to the install. We made quite a few changes and she worked with us with a smile. The day of the install there was a delay with the door and a mix up with the trusses. This worked well in our favor as we were painting it ourselves, so it would match our house exactly, and it gave us time to paint all the trim before it was installed. We also did owner supplied shingles to matched our shingles and had it installed on a monolithic slab. We will use tough shed again when we need another shed.

  Javier our Tuff Shed specialist did a fabulous job with our install. It was a very hot day. I didn’t expect them to show up in the afternoon. They did and he didn’t slow down. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t waste a step. It is an excellent product and was installed by a master. They are lucky to have him. Thank You.

  We've been working with Cathy Shamblin, our sales associate for awhile now. She checks in with us on the progress, listens to our many questions, explains everything in great deal, and alerted us to promotional discounts which saved well over $500. Cathy is professional yet friendly, pleasant but not pushy, and did a really great job of handling the initial portion of us getting our shed. We are really pleased with her knowledge on all the products (roof, walls, concrete, warranties, even down to the door screws. Thank you Cathy!

  Me and my wife came in here not knowing how to go about our purchase and the staff were absolutely amazing everything! Ms. Linda King took her time and explained everything in detail. She made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions and then some. Made our purchase very easy! Highly recommend

  I love everything about my Tuff Shed, what a great product! Wonderful sales person, and the shed itself is amazing. The install crew was fantastic, friendly clean and efficient. What brought the score down a notch was the permit process. Apparently City of Tampa is notoriously long for permitting time and nobody explained that. Because I had no idea it would take over 2 months to get my permit I had the old shed removed and it's contents strewn about. I signed the contract on Jan 19 and on Easter Sunday, April 5, I still did not have the shed. We had a big family party on Easter and the place was a mess. Furthermore their team only processes permits from a computer they do not visit the permit offices and know the permit people. I found that I was able to move the Historical approval by personally visiting that office. I ended up on the phone with the district manager and he was lazy and disrespectful. He basically defended his team and their process. If I were in his shoes (and I have been in other customer facing positions), I would have gone myself to the permitting office to shake hands with the permit people and ask for some discretion. I would recommend Tuff Shed again but make sure you get clear timelines on permitting.
