  Shout out to another great group of repairs to the Comfort Authority.Guys showed up on time checked and repaired one part but then found I needed a new air handler.They found one and installed it the same day.Can’t say enough good things about Ura and Michael Bonk for the outstanding job they did.I always recommend this company to all who need air or furnace work.They are absolutely the best you will ever find.Thanks a lot guys appreciate everything!!👏

  Gage came out, was knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. He stayed to make sure that the AC unit was running and operable instead of just getting it up and running and immediately leaving. He closed our attic access securely and left our space as he found it. I felt comfortable being alone with him in our house and he was incredibly respectful & kind; he answered all of my questions and checked to make sure I didn't need anything before he left. They have a super inexpensive monthly plan (I think $19.99) where service call fees are waived and it includes great perks like a free annual line flush, plus other things. It's already paid for itself in the few months that we have been enrolled. I highly recommend getting the Comfort Authority monthly membership and the warranty when you purchase a new AC unit because Comfort Authority stands behind their products and their costs beat other companies in the area.Thanks Gage & Comfort Authority! 10/10 recommend!

  The technician from Comfort Authority, Alyssa, arrived at our door, ready for battle against the evil AC within our house (the outside parts too). On with the booties to protect our floors (she would do this a dozen times over her visit). She then proceeded, mentally and physically to dismantle the AC to locate the problem...all the while keeping up a running commentary on her conclusions and also how an AC works or should work. Two hours (at least) later problem solved. Cheerful, informative . with a nver give up attitude and always ready to teach. We highly recommend Alyssa and The Comfort Authority.

  Fantastic company, even better people! You can tell they are very professional, technicians who came seem to genuinely like the company, hence take personal pride in making sure the customer is happy/informed/heard. This was my second opinion call and I am glad I called. They fixed the AC same day (today) while the other company (yesterday) didn't do a full diagnostic and didn't catch what Ura noticed. Highly recommend asking for Ura, i'm sure they are all great, but I can only speak to Ura's service, care, integrity, patience, and wonderful mannerisms. I signed up for the membership (they also do plumbing maintenance), it makes sense to have someone competent & trustworthy take care of the HVAC. Even for a second opinion, call them, honestly, I don't see many companies run an honest business like this anymore (love that it's a family business). Well done 👏

  We recently had to replace our AC system, and I feel confident that everything was installed correctly and that we won't have any issues with this system. We first had Ura come out to diagnose our broken AC. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We were struggling to decide whether it made more sense to repair or replace the system, so the owner personally took a call with us to walk through our options and give us his honest professional opinion. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell us something or pressure us into a decision. His advice was based on knowledge and what he genuinely felt was best for our situation. We then had Shiar and James install the new unit, and they did a fantastic job. The installation was completed much more quickly than I expected, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. Cutting corners often ends up costing more in the long run, and I never felt like that was a concern here. It's clear they take pride in their work, and we felt like we were in very good hands throughout the entire process.
