  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ura! Our AC motor gave out, and he truly went above and beyond our expectations. He stayed late on a Friday evening and did not stop until the job was completely done. You can immediately tell how passionate he is about his work (and very knowledgeable). He was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain everything along the way. Beyond being an amazing technician, he was also so kind and patient with our baby and family throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who not only cares deeply about their job, but also genuinely cares about the people they are helping. We are so grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication. Thank you, Ura, for turning such a negative situation into such a positive experience!

  Glenn came to check out various concerns with the new AC unit. He was professional and helped troubleshoot some things which I appreciated. He made sure things were working properly before he left and gave me his card to reach out with any further questions or concerns. He has come out before and was very knowledgeable and willing to help.

  Alyssa was amazing! She was professional, friendly and did a great job. She cleaned the coils, replaced by UV light, and pulled off many vines that were growing outside on the unit. The before pictures showed the very dirty coils and the after pictures showed the clean coils clean and shiny like brand new! She was organized and cleaned up and gathered all of her supplies when she finished the job. She is the best AC technician that I ever had from the Comfort Authority. I highly recommend her. I am definitely going to ask for her next time I need any work done on my unit.

  After getting estimates from 3 other companies, who spent an average 30 minutes, and could not address my needs, I decided to further explore highly rated air conditioner companies, and came across The Comfort Authority. They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm.   My AC stopped working late Sunday night and my house was up to 84 degrees inside. I texted the Comfort Authority well after business hours and they were immediately responsive about my issue and informed me they could have someone out asap the following morning. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to send someone out once business hours resumed Monday morning. Ura was extremely polite and thorough with his work. He quickly identified the issue (bad capacitor), replaced it, completed his thorough diagnostic inspection, and provided me with a detailed report for my records. He delivered excellent service and was also very personable. I always have a great experience with the Comfort Authority but this was the best so far. Ura is a great asset to the team and while I hope I don’t have AC issues any time soon, it gives me peace of mind knowing there are such thorough and agreeable professionals.
