Flooring Store
Tampa Bay's source for flooring for more than two decades. Founded in St. Petersburg, Florida, by J. D. Manning, The Carpet Store is still family owned and operated by J. D.'s children and grandchildren. That's three generations of flooring expertise and the high level of customer service that only a family business can bring.
Imagine the expertise and customer service of an independent retailer, but with the affordable prices of a large chain — the best of both worlds! Whether you need new flooring in St. Petersburg tile installer or an experienced carpet installation in Tampa, visit one of our three Tampa Bay locations: St. Petersburg Carpet and Flooring, Tampa Carpet and Flooring, & New Port Richey Carpet and Flooring.

- LSL SOct 4, 20265.0This is the 2nd review I have left for this company. They previously carpeted 2 rooms and a hallway. They did a great job and I am happy to report they did a great job laying the floor down in an extra room.
- JOJohn OlewskiSep 27, 20265.0I have used The Carpet Store 4 times now, to replace carpeting in 4 different homes where I have lived at here in the Tampa Bay area. Several of those times Clara was my salesperson. She is amazing; she listened to my flooring needs and wants and she patiently guided me through the process start to finish. The installer that she recommended, Andres, was prompt, friendly and competent; I ended up having him replace my older existing tile with a newer and more modern tile - that I also purchased through Clara. I am very pleased with how it turned out. I recommend the Carpet Store for your flooring needs, without reservation. I know you’ll be as happy with your end result as I have been each time.
